I found this company dismissive in my attempts to determine the background and nature of a matter which referred my file to a law firm for collection I had not received notice of intent for legal action There should have been no cause for such a matter to arise; I have provided post dated checks with the company did not process

Arizona HOA Management Inc. is the worst HOA management company in the [redacted] area according to most of my neighbors both in my community of [redacted] as well as the nearby by homeowners around [redacted] is listed as secretary/treasurer and [redacted] is the president and eco. Apparently [redacted] reputation proceeds her as I learned by looking her up on the web. I am not sure what [redacted] actually does. She does not return phone calls, she ignores issues and complaints, she doesn't ask for bids from contractors but gives jobs to old friends she has worked with in the past, and she lies. All of the residents of in my community were told they would get new roofs in 2014. It is on paper. However, other than a board member who likes [redacted] no one else has a new roof. When asked to provide much needed fencing to keep out trespassers, her answer was to buy baby bougainvillea plants and told us that they grow big and are very thorny so no one will jump over our wall. So far they are not growing as quickly as [redacted] intimated, and often look rather sickly. At the annual meeting this year, when there was no bonus check ready for her, she stamped out of the meeting like a five year old not getting her way. The only light in our parking was out. My neighbor called [redacted] on more than one occasion to rectify the situation. [redacted] ignored her for a month and didn't return a single phone call. It was only when threatened with the mention of my neighbors close attorney friends that finally got our light fixed. Many of us would like to replace her. Since she acts as Property Manager, she must legally be licensed after searching for her name on the [redacted] site, ([redacted].[redacted].[redacted]) I learned she does not have the required license. Further searching about Ms. [redacted] reveals that although the case was dismissed, she was charged with assault with intent to harm in 2008. Additionally, she gives jobs to her husband and friends. I don't know if anyone has seen the books, but are given pages printed by[redacted]. If you are considering using Arizona HOA Management Inc, DON'T.
