Arizona Home Floors did an amazing job of removing 750 sf of tile WITHOUT ANY DUST!! The team arrived promptly, were professional, and had the work done in less than a day. The foundation was cleaned and polished. The debris was removed and the house was left clean and neat. I was skeptical when AZ Home Floors guaranteed dust free tile removal but when the work was done - they delivered. No dust - it was awesome. This was a very, very happy experience.

I had 450 feet of porcelain tile I wanted to have removed. This included a hallway an entry hall and the family room. In addition I had 5 tiles in an existing dining room floor that I wanted removed without damaging the adjoining tiles. I was not initially considering doing it due to the dust typically generated by this process.

I contacted them several weeks ago and was given an estimate over the phone based on the information I supplied.

They arrived early Saturday morning. The entire process took about 4 hours. It included removal of the tile and the removal of the thin set from the floor. The concrete floors now look like they never had anything on them. The way they contain the dust, the system they use for power distribution and the equipment they have developed are all part of their process. I have removed small areas of tile and the dust this generates is unbelievable. They were able to remove the tile floors in the center of my home with no dust contaminating anything. They were professional, friendly and through.

The final price was very close to the estimate.

We contracted with AZ Home Floors, [redacted], to remove tile and wood flooring in our concrete slab home. Approximately 400 sq ft of tile, almost 300 sq ft of wood. We were requested to allow up to 2 days for the job given that what is under the tile/wood can impact the length of time needed. The crew arrived on time for a 7AM start, worked extremely well together as a team. [redacted] was on site, working with the crew the entire time. The process is amazing, fast, and virtually dust free. By 2:30 they were packing up, job done. Subsequent contractors working on our remodel have expressed amazement about the condition of the floor after the removal. This clearly is a company that under promises and over delivers. I wouldn't use anybody else and highly recommend them to anyone doing a tile removal project.

We just moved in to our new (to us) 8 year old home that had about 1,000 sq. ft. of ceramic tile that just didn't go with our décor. This system is so refined, it leaves the concrete smoother than the builder left it & it leaves your house cleaner than they found it just by the nature of how it works. Even the guy who is charged with picking up the tiles & carting them out is required to use a dust capturing device that prevents the dust from billowing up out of the crate that he's using to haul the tiles out in! And it doesn't stop inside the house. When they were out on the back patio emptying the vacuum cans out, they were even using a vacuum hose to capture the dust that would have heavily billowed out when they were transferring the dust into the carry off bags!! The most important thing to note; they did it all without beating my house to death! Absolutely AWESOME!!!

Arrived on time. Removed 270 sq. feet of tile and adhesive. Cleaned up and left in less than 3 hours.
