I purchased my first house this year and wanted to make sure I had an excellent home inspector [redacted] did the inspection on a relative's house, and had great reviewsI requested a quote, and he is more expensive than the competition, but he had an apprentice ( [redacted] ) coming up to speed that he was matching to competitors' pricingThis turned out excellent for me, as I got the price and company I wanted! [redacted] did a fantastic job, he was prompt, respectful, and very thoroughHe was able to confirm I did not have polly pipes, and even crawled in the attic space from both entrances, finding an opening to the outside where birds were nestingI am reluctant to believe another company would have gone through that trouble! After spending 2-hours on the inspection, he reviewed pictures and comments with me in detail, and sent the follow up report in a timely mannerI thought his detail was excellent and I have not had any issues sinceI highly recommend the company and [redacted] or ***!
