Our home in the Presidio Hills neighborhood of Tucson is managed by Arizona Home Owner's Management ExpertsHere's the short review: They have an online system that has never worked for usIt is the ONLY way you can pay your bill in an automatic fashionWe repeatedly tried to log in to pay our bill and emailed several timesIt never worked and they put a lien on our house Since we failed to call and ask for assistance, we accepted our fate and paid off the lienNow we are receiving past due notices againWe have emailed them literally a dozen times and called in four times and spoken with April on two occasionsThe matter is still not resolved We are not at all pleased with how this business uses technology or how it's customer serviceIf you are looking for an HOA management firm, keep looking
