Our home in the Presidio Hills neighborhood of Tucson is managed by Arizona Home Owner's Management Experts. Here's the short review:

They have an online system that has never worked for us. It is the ONLY way you can pay your bill in an automatic fashion. We repeatedly tried to log in to pay our bill and emailed several times. It never worked and they put a lien on our house.

Since we failed to call and ask for assistance, we accepted our fate and paid off the lien. Now we are receiving past due notices again. We have emailed them literally a dozen times and called in four times and spoken with April on two occasions. The matter is still not resolved.

We are not at all pleased with how this business uses technology or how it's customer service. If you are looking for an HOA management firm, keep looking.
