Arizona Home & Pool Services Reviews (4)

Ms [redacted] did in fact purchase this home from a previous good customer of ours who had been with us a very long time without any problems what so ever. Previous to the purchase of the home that home owner (seller) had us replace a (1) light in that pool, and new pop up floor head valves....

This was as part of the home purchase agreement between the home seller and the home buyer (Ms [redacted]). The home owner (seller)paid us for the repairs, not Ms [redacted]. If we had not done the jobs correctly, then that would have been caught of the final inspection of the home, and the sale would not have gone threw until all the conditions were met. Final inspection was made and signed off on and sale was finalized.  After Ms [redacted] moved in to the home, another (different 1 of 2) light went out and this is when she wanted us to replace that light. We had our subcontractor immeadiately go out to do so, but once there, we found that it was NOT the light that we replaced and the light she wanted replaced was not under warrantee. Unfortunately we had to form Ms [redacted] of this, but she then insisted that we replace it for free, which we cannot do, nor are/were we responsible to do.   In regards to pool service/repair work and moneys involved, after Ms [redacted] moved into the home, she canceled our pool cleaning/repair services and never hired us to any work with her nor has she ever paid us any moneys for any services or repairs, ever. It is shameful that people like this try to smear the good name of a responsible, honest company, just to try and get a quick buck that not thiers in the first place.

I will be completely honest about my experience. I chose to have my pool serviced by another company and that started in March. That company was fantastic. I had them come clean my pool and add necessary chemicals once a month which I understand is not ideal for the company but they made it work and I was extremely happy.

Fast forward to August when my service was transferred to Arizona Home & Pool Service. The only notice I received of this transfer was from a letter that the old company sent me. AZ Home & Pool never called me to give me a description of their services, how they operate, etc., so I assumed everything would remain the same aside from the actual company,

The first time they came out there was an immediate difference in the level of service provided. First of all the "pool tech" showed up in a Honda Civic which should have been a red flag to start. There was chlorine left at the bottom of the pool, it was not brushed, vacuumed or skimmed. The pool was completely the same as when they started except for some chemicals being added.

I called the company the next day and spoke to [redacted]. He essentially told me that servicing my pool once a month was not worth his time and he was very dismissive of my complaint. Then told me that the service was $50/month when I had been paying $25/month, again going back to the point that no one decided to call me and tell me how they operate, difference in pricing, etc...I was very upset. Regardless of how much revenue I provide his company I am still a customer. I am extremely blown away by the lack of professionalism and overall lack of customer service [redacted] and this company provided. I will never work with this company again, and anyone currently using there service, or considering using their service should reconsider. It's Arizona, pool cleaning companies are a dime a dozen and the company did nothing to help itself stand out from the rest.

Review: We purchased our property at the very end of March. The reason why we went with company was because the previous homeowner was using them. Before we moved in, there was some work that needed to be done such as the lights, and the pop ups. This company outsourced the work to a man name [redacted] who will not return out phone calls since May 22,2015. The work was never completed- WE made three attempts to use this company but the first appointment we had, no one showed up. Second week, again no one showed up again. I called and the owner called me back apologizing it would never happen again, and it wasn't like their company to do this so then the third attempt was a fail again. My pool ended up not getting service for over a month. We had to find a different pool company to come do the monthly maintenance but we had already paid to have the couple items in the pool fixed that never got taken care of. There mistakes has caused us more frustration than anyone deserves to have to deal with. I tried to handle it the best way possible but our goal in writing this is to be reimbursed for the original order that was taken place on March 15,2015. The bill was to repair 2 pool light bulbs, and new pop up floor head valves. WE can guarantee this work was never properly taken care of. We are extremely disappointed as well with the customer service received from this company. Thank you!Desired Settlement: WE would like to be refunded for the work that we had to pay to get it done by another company. The previous homeowner paid for the services with Arizona home & pool per our contract with the purchase but it just is very unfortunate that it was never taken care of. We were robbed of this money and we would like this company to make it right!
