transmission. These are used parts,we understand he says there are some issues,it is not the same.Kenneth was told to ship the transmission back,he will be refunded the amount of the invoice which was $528.00.We are not responsible for shipping back charges and installation charges as stated on the invoice

Thank you so much for your help on this, as they are now going to pay for the shipping, which was part of the $528.00.   That is all I asked for.  I don't know which car the transmission came out of, but the transmission was stamped with a number that showed it would not work in my car, but was instead designed for an EX.  I will mail the transmission back and wait for my refund.  I appreciate your help on this. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Regards,[redacted]

Review: I called Arizona Imports as I needed a transmission for my 1992 Civic VX. They advertised that they had one. I paid for it, and it was delivered. The cost was $350, plus $150 for shipping. I paid $400 to have it installed but it was the wrong transmission. It was geared far too low for my car. I paid to have it taken out and installed another transmission, which was the correct one for my car. I bought that one locally. I called them and told them I wanted my money back. They said the problem might be my clutch or something. I brought their transmission to a shop and the stamping on it showed it was for a Civic SI, not a VX. Ram had promised to pay for shipping if they had sent the wrong one, but when I told him I wanted that he said I was 'fishy, dishonest, not a good church person, a bad man who does bad things' and several other insults. I never raised my voice to him, all I wanted was my money and shipping back. I didn't even ask for the $400 labor bill for covering their error. He wants me to mail it back, but I don't trust him at all at this point since he now says he won't pay for shipping. I offered to show him the stamping on the transmission with a photo, but he doesn't want to see it. He says I am trying to cheat him. I own 2 businesses, have been married 31 years with 4 children, and have not ever dealt with anyone like this. I was shocked when he said I wasn't a good Christian, I don't know how he would come to that opinion. Much of our life is spent in charity work, and we try to convey to our children how important that is. I know that is beside the point, but he was really ugly to me and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say.Desired Settlement: I want to mail the transmission back and have him pay for my shipping to and from my home. He sent a part that was clearly stamped as usable only in a Civic SI and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I will have to eat the $400 of labor to take that one out and put in a correct one.
