[redacted] activity type debit cards - [redacted] My complaint is that Hector on the Day of Installation of Breathalyzer 1st Installation failed and Hector came to house to install a working system I came out of the house and he asked me to start my vehicle I told him that I just had used Listerine, he told me to wash my mouth out with water and try it I blew a failed He told me he would stop the letter from being issued by the DMV and that he would make sure the Fail Charge that was charged to my card , would not occur When I came in to calibrate system on October 3rd, the fail of August 31st showed up as a charge on my Credit Card for $cents When I called to ask him to reverse it as he said he would day of installation, he said he to check with manufacture I am requiring that Arizona Interlock refund the money that their Rep Hector said would NOT BE CHARGED to me since I was following his directions to blow in
I highly recommend Arizona Interlocks to anyone that is required to install an interlockThe first interlock company I was with treated me like a criminal and with disrespect every month I went in to pay and calibrateArizona Interlock is top notch and treat you with dignityHector is very nice, personable and after almost years of being a customer with his company I call him a friend today
