Review: I purchased a sofa from Arizona Leather that was a light yellow color and the sofa delivered was a mustard color that does not match what I ordered. Arizona Leather claims it is the correct color, but the floor sample sofa I chose the color using is no longer in the store to compare colors and they claim they never had.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the sofa with no extra charges so that I can find another one I like elsewhere.

Review: I have MANY issues with this business. Specifcally a gentlemen named [redacted] from Corportate. First of all we paid nearly $7,000 for this couch which is a piece of junk, the zippers that hold the cushions to the couch broke and they wanted to charge us $75 to fix them (which I think they should cover, but whatever I got over that) they send a technician out who SEWS the cushions to the couch and it is the worst sewing job you have ever seen. Did NOT fix the zipper, but ruined our couch. He did not accept paypemnt of Credit Cards so he told us to call in with payment, when the repairman left we looked at what he did and was shocked, we called coorprate and spoke with [redacted] and he was embarrased and said his technican would not do that so he will talk with him and call us back. We NEVER heard from him. So I called SEVERAL times and finally returned a call back from [redacted] who was nasty, unprofessional and extremely offensive. He told us that we failed to pay and that until we pay he will not speak with us or even look at the issue. I said I have no problem paying, but I need the issue to be FIXED before we pay. He started yelling and repeating himself that UNTIL we pay he is doing nothing, so I asked that we need to pay for an issue that was not fixed, but actually ruined? He wouldnt answer and continued to yell and said I should get an attorney because he doesn't care and will not speak with me. I have never been so appalled and treated so badly by a "professional" All I want is for my couch to be fixed, I have no problem paying for it once it is fixed. Our couch is ruined, looks like it was fixed by my 3 year old and it needs to be repaired correctly or replaced. I am pregnant and this has been a huge stresser for me and I shuld not be treated like this or have to deal with such a thing right now. I would NEVER buy from this company again!Desired Settlement: I need to be treated like a human being, I need my couch to be fixed correctly which I do not think is possible because the repairman butchered the couch or I need it to be replaced. I did not pay thousands of dollars to have a couch be ruined by the company we bought it from and then to be treated like dirt. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Arizona Leather sent a service tech to this customer's home on 4/5/2014. All issues have been resolved and the service fee was refunded to the customer.
