I would not recommend this organizatiom to anyone. AZ Legal Documents have assisted me with two cases: a bankruptcy and a custody issue. My bankruptcy case was handled by another individual in their office, so when I needed assistance with a custody issue, they were the first establishment I called. [redacted] and her inexperienced "law school" daughter handle family court issues. My experience with [redacted] (owner) has always been negative. [redacted] is extremely rude. She called me one evening because she was unable to return my calls during normal business hours after numerous attempts to reach her this particular day. She called later that evening, and three minutes into our conversation while I was explaining the details of my custody case, she stopped me and said, "this is my family time, and they need me so I have to go." I was honestly shocked. I have never been treated so coldy, and expected empathy given my situation. When we got off the phone I received a text message apologizing, with her saying she's been stressed. Why she relayed that revelation through text I am not sure. To top it off, when I reviewed the legal documents regading my case, my name was listed incorrectly, as the respondent. There are too many legal document preparers to do business with them.
