Arizona Line-X

Review: On 04/13/2015 I took my new Toyota Tundra 1794 to have a Line X Premium bed liner put in. They completed the job in three hours. they returned the vehicle to me and I inspected the vehicle. I found where the installer had stripped out the bolts that hold the inside rails to my tie down system out. the rail was loose and the bolt wasn't even screwed in all the way. I showed the manager the issue and he had the installer return to my vehicle to screw them in. He was using an impact electric screw driver with the wrong bit. it continued to strip it out more and he couldn't even remove the bolt, even after changing the bit. The manager advised he thought that they wouldn't repair since it was after market. After I advised that this was standard equipment on my truck and insisted that they do something. he said that he would take pictures and send to the owner for repair and get back with me the next day. I waited 10 days with no return call or message. I contacted the same manager again. After speaking with him he remembered me and said he gave info to owner. I told him I received no call or contact in any way. He advised he would send again and contact the manager and let me know. I told him I expected a call back today with some kind of resolution to the damage they caused or I would move forward with a complaint. Still no call so here I am with at leased 12 of the 15 bolts to the rail system stripped out and loose rails due to their inability to remove them from the truck bed with the proper equipment or tools that were right for the job to intalle the bed linerDesired Settlement: Purchase new bolts from the Toyota Dealer and replace them at no cost to me
