customer to have the safe delivered today. I assured the customer that the employee in question would be sat down and the issue discussed. The customer seemed fine with that resolution and the matter was resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]  I feel that management handled this issue in a very professional manner and am completely satisfied with the agreement and service provided.  The delivery team was excellent.

Review: Was promised that delivery and setup of a safe was included in the price even though the safe was on consignment. Was later told that it was not but another individual that claimed the first three people didn't know what they were talking about.

Contacted the owner of the safe and had him call the company to clear up the issue. Both parties assured me that it had been resolved and I would get the safe at the agreed upon price of $650.00, delivered and placed in my house.

The day of delivery (2-23-16) I was called and told that the safe would be delivered between 12 and 2pm but would not be placed in house, just dropped in garage. He said the delivery company would be asking for $150.00 additional to place it in the house.

Had to call again at 3:20pm to see if they were coming or not and was told they were just now loading it onto the truck.

The entire transaction/negotiation has been handled very poorly, filled with contradictions with no regard to customer. Demeanor of the employee is very rude. He has lied to me at least three times during this purchase.Desired Settlement: Arizona lock and safe should pay for the installation of the safe in the house as advertised. I took a vacation day to make sure I would be there at time of delivery. If I had not had to take a day off, I would have cancelled the transaction when he told me about the additional $150.00 charge.
