Darlene was fantastic iand flexible. We were in a terrible situation as my wife had an accident while visiting Scottsdale. Darlene completely accomodated us. Rema our caregiver bonded immediattely with our toddler daughter and helped out my wife. Fantastic company!

This agency used to be great until they started hiring people that behave inappropriately in and watch age inappropriate shows on TV the whole time they are baby sitting. Last night the sitter watched Netflix using my account for 4 hours with a toddler in my house. When spoke to the owner Darlene, she got so defensive and handled the situation very inappropriately. She should have not lost my trust and confidence in the agency. Instead she said she will give me my money back and put on my profile for nannies not to watch TV anymore. She also was so rude and disrespectful to professionals.
