We started seeing Dr Reilly at the ina rd location. When I say we I mean I took my 85 year old Mother! Dr Reilly is great if you are sitting in front of him asking questions BUT good luck ANY other time! we discussed treatment for my mom and agreed on it and by the time we got to the front check out desk it had COMPLETELY changed!!!!! The staff are AWFUL! kind of geto uneducated! They have no personality, NEVER interact.... and ops DON'T ask complicated questions. You CAN NOT reach Dr Reilly outside of an office visit! as I called and left a message with the office manager [redacted], and received NO CALL from either her or the doctor!!!!! We quit after 3 visits! We chose this company as my mother use to have dr. [redacted] as a physician as well as my grandmother, its only that this office was closer. Do youself a favor a look elsewhere!!!!!
