Mr. [redacted] first attempted to reverse his charge in September of this year, which he lost that dispute with his card provider.  He has since again disputed the charge with his card provider, and again it is in the process of being found again in our favor.  We will settle with Mr. [redacted] for the $ 1400.00 on the following conditions.  The charge has been returned to us, which is in process right now, he signs a release in our office, and lastly the refund is made directly to his card.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter,Gregory B[redacted]Arizona Men’s Clinic

We maintain a strict no refund policy, however in the interest of resolving Mr. Huston’s complaint we have made this singular and rare exception.  As to his accusations that this clinic is involved or has been involved with any other clinic is just not true.
