This company has serious customer relation issues I called for a quote for a small patio on 11/17/ The price quote - supposedly "all-inclusive, including tax" was $ I called on 11/18/to schedule delivery and confirm the price for one-and-one-half yards of concrete The quote was $235.00, "all-inclusive, including tax" The delivery was for 11/19/at 9:30a.m No one showed up I waited until 10:a.mand called to find out what was wrong I was told "We were just going to call you and let you know we are running a little late We will be there in about minutes minutes later, they showed up in their ten-yard truck Our delivery was NOT one-and-one-half yards! We were short about three feet I called to find out what the problem was and how we could get the rest of our concrete as it would start setting upI was informed that we should have ordered yards and there would not have been a problem Our measurements were accurate They did NOT have 1/yards on the truck When we were going to pay the guy for the delivery, he asked for $ We had been quoted $"inclusive" This company is NOT "user friendly"! They were not willing to admit any mistakes or faults or mis-quotes I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!

What AZ ready mix is saying is not true, and I have all the e-mails that were sent back and forth, I work in my home town and can be at my house in 5 to 10 min, I have been more than willing to make ever effort to be here but [redacted] keeps putting me off. and I did set up a time with the contractor and finishers but again [redacted] couldn't make it too busy, and the only paper I received from the driver was the pink paper which tells me the time, date, slump, and that they are not responsible for cracked driveways, sidewalks, etc. that the truck my cause. This company has made no effort to resolve this issue, the driver nor the company tells you that you can send the mix back if your not happy until something like this happens, it a way out for them, I will not settle for that. I have also ask them to take a sample but they won't, all I want is my money back, in the amount of $515.00. This company doesn't stand behind it's promise, which is to satisfy the customer. When you buy something like this from a company you would think that not only are you buying the concrete, but you are also getting their experience, not in this case because the driver new it was to wet but didn't recommend sending it back, after speaking with the company is when I found out that I could have sent ti back.Thank you[redacted]

I called on 11/18/2014 to schedule delivery and confirm the price for one-and-one-half yards of concrete. The quote was $235.00, "all-inclusive, including tax". The delivery was for 11/19/2014 at 9:30a.m. No one showed up. I waited until 10:15 a.m. and called to find out what was wrong. I was told "We were just going to call you and let you know we are running a little late. We will be there in about 40 minutes. 55 minutes later, they showed up in their ten-yard truck. Our delivery was NOT one-and-one-half yards! We were short about three feet. I called to find out what the problem was and how we could get the rest of our concrete as it would start setting up. I was informed that we should have ordered 2 yards and there would not have been a problem. Our measurements were accurate. They did NOT have 1 1/2 yards on the truck. When we were going to pay the guy for the delivery, he asked for $247.76. We had been quoted $235.00 "inclusive". This company is NOT "user friendly"!
