Too little, too late. Come out here, walk the complex, and pick up any and all of your flyers.

I received several flyers while living in an apartment and really attempted to connect because I was (and still am) trying to get into a new home. No one ever - and I mean literally EVER - answers the phone. I've left messages and not gotten calls back. "Arizona New Home Realty" does not appear to have a website, which I also find suspicious. It would be nice to have some validation regarding this supposed company and the miracles it claims to perform.

I am trying to get a hold of the person in charge of delivering flyers to apartment complexes. I have been trying all morning and it appears to be a personal cell phone. When delivering to apartment communities it makes a real mess all over the property. We have been cleaning our property up all morning due to flyers being rolled up and stuck in the railing of the stairwells. They fall out and blow all around. We have 528 homes here and would appreciate if you would not flyer us. It would be nice if you could have someone return and clean up as well. Thank you and I hope this message reaches the correct person as nobody answers the number on the flyer.

Review: I have asked this company back in June via phone call to cease and decease illegally entering the community and hanging their unsolicited advertising flyers in all 240 front doors in the community. These flyers always end up on the ground and spread through the parking lot creating garbage and costing man hours to remediate this problem.Desired Settlement: I would like for this business to send someone back and remove every flyer that was hung on the doors or that have fallen in the ground. After this is complete I do not want this business to ever return to the property without prior written permission from management.

Arizona New Home Realty, went onto my Apartment Community, for which I am the property manager and taped fliers onto every door, 236 apartments. They apparently did it at night, by following a car through my access gates. My property is a gated community and is private property, and is clearly marked, no solicitors. I keep trying to call them to ask that they not do it again, and I repeatedly just get an answering machine. If they are a legitimate real estate company they should know this is trespassing and littering. My residents are irritated and so am I as these are now all over the ground on my property and I have to pick them up.

Review: I've asked this company multiple times to stop leaving unsolicited advertising at my residence. I live in an apartment community and flyers are left at every door creating a mess.Desired Settlement: The phone number on the flyer reaches voicemail for for Erik W[redacted] I'd like Erik to honor the "No Solicitors" sign at the entry, and to never again leave this mess for folks to deal with.

If I wanted to buy a home, Erik is the last person I'd call.
