Review: I sent my Notary documentation for renewal May 30, 2014. I have called tree times and still the same response you are not in our system. They cashed my check. Also, I used them before. I am getting no where. I need my renewal to work. This is unacceptableDesired Settlement: I want my notary Now!!!!

My company decided we needed a notary in office and chose me. I looked at all notary companies I picked Arizona notary discount association co thinking there wouldn’t be a problem being we are in the same state. I did all six steps as listed to become a notary and yet five months later they have not given me my stamp or journal. I went ahead and sent them my info once and called wanting to know the status. The customer service representative was rude. Stating they just received it and it would take additional 5 to 10 business days. No apology from here after I asked her your company states 10 days it’s been 5 months. She then said don’t know what you want me to tell you. I told her that wasn’t a good enough reason. I asked to speak to a manager and she sent me directly to a voicemail. Awesome! The way I see it this company does not know how to handle itself when there in a situation and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
