This is the fourth month in a row that I have received a statement from AZ Oncology Billing Services indicating that I have an outstanding balance on my account for $Each and every month, for months, I have called their billing office and clarified that using their own statement that I actually have a credit balance of $Today, once again, I called their offices when I received the 4th statement and spoke to [redacted] (the previous month I spoke to a manager, but to no avail)Again today [redacted] reassured me that the account was indeed in a credit stateThis time I stated that I wanted my $refunded, and a zero balance statement issued to me ASAPThis service is so ill prepared and or unwilling to admit that they have once again MADE AN ERRORAs a healthcare provider I now better understand why my patients are so angry about such matters when I work so hard to care for their healthThe care I received at AZ Oncology in Flagstaff was superior, their offsite billing
