Arizona Onsite Computer Service Reviews (17)

I had an amazing great experience with Paul. I was stressing out with my computer which was not even 2 years old yet. Had already purchased another computer, when I decided to call Paul. He came over and told me not to worry...that he would fix the problem plus save all my files. So he did...on time and computer is working faster than it was when new. Thank you Paul for your service, professionalism and knowledge.

I was very happy with this company's service. Found them on [redacted]. Was a bit hesitant at first, but meeting with the owner Paul put my mind quickly at ease. On an initial remote review, he was quick to assess my computer's issues. He was then able to let me know immediately what was needed to fix the issue, how he would perform the service, how long it would take, and what it would cost. His costs are very reasonable, much better than the big box stores. His turn-around time on the project was amazing - I had my computer back all ready to go in 24 hours! Paul also is very conscientious about making certain you understand the process, without talking over your head. I feel confident that he's trustworthy and I absolutely recommend his services.

I was very happy with the service, yes I would recommend this company to a friend. Very pleased with the service.

I got a virus on my laptop and needed access to reports for my job immediately. I called Arizona Onsite Computer Service and they where able to come to my home within the hour. I was very pleased when Paul came to my house and fixed my laptop!. Very reasonable price for same day service. Thank you.

This will remain an unresolved complaint until Mr. A[redacted] can fully restore all my document, music and outlook files to my laptop. I expect him to contact me with a firm date and time to complete the restoration.  Yes, I did state that I had a “ClickFree” backup device when he picked up my old unit however he declined to take it with him. My laptop was being replaced because of a damaged screen; the hard drive was intact. If Mr. A[redacted] had copied the relevant data to a new drive as he states in his response, then I would have all my document, music and outlook files so there would be no complaint.I believe that he did backup my files since he mentioned on several occasions that I had a lot of data.  In fact, it exceeded the capacity of the device he was using to back up the data and he had to start over on a new device. However only the picture files were copied to my new laptop.Yes, the last time we spoke Mr. A[redacted] asked me about my backup unit.  I did research this but since both the new laptop and the old laptop had the same name, the files from my old unit were overwritten with the new unit’s files leaving me with no backup data from my old laptop.  “Performing file/data backup” was part of the work order and ultimately it was his responsibility to copy the data to the new laptop. On 1/31/16 Mr. A[redacted] stated he would contact me later that day and would use the remote feature he installed on my computer to see if he could determine where the files were located. He asked me to think of several file names so he could try to find them.  Since once again he never returned my call, I pursued this Revdex.com complaint.  I just want Mr. A[redacted] to deliver what was contracted for. See attachments.

I recently had my hard-drive go bad on my PC after several calls and receiving no-response I put a call into Arizona Onsite Computer Service and reached Paul he not only answered his phone right away he showed up that night was very professional and knew his stuff he showed me exactly what he was doing and gave me several options at an affordable price actually a flat rate no hidden charges he repaired my PC and had it back to me the next day good as new it's rare to find someone honest and reliable and that knows his trade I will recommend Paul to all of my friends and business associates Thank You Paul .

Paul is of the upmost professional. He offers a great service for a great price. I thought all was lost with my laptop. Data Doctors wanted 65 for just a diagnostic. I called Paul; a little sceptical since he didn't have a brick and mortar store. However, I was wrong. He is legit. He fixed my laptop and I couldn't be happier.

The customer service was great. The return communication was prompt and friendly. Their pricing is awesome and the equipment was just what I needed. They didn't try to over sale me things that I didn't need and we're very patient and courteous and attended to my request. I'm going to be a return customer indeed!

Paul has always been very receptive to any needs our office has needed. He has been able to help us get started back up when we had to bring on a new IT team. Punctual and knowledgeable!

I appreciate the work that was done by Paul and his company Arizona Onsite. Communication, professionalism and adherence to expectations and timelines was spot on. Thanks again, and yes I would definitely recommend his services.

This company is amazing. They pick up and return your computer to you, wherever you are located in the phoenix area. He was professional and kept me updated. My computer has never run so well. Very affordable. Will absolutely use this company again.

Hello,
This was an amazing customer and I enjoyed helping her get her laptop replaced. All user data that was able to be backed up and restored was. Also, customer stated prior to me leaving that she had a current backup on a seperate USB drive. I offered to copy her data anyway from the...

old defective unit to the new one. Of the data that was discussed, I did copy relevant data to new drive.During my last call with Doreen, it was discussed that I would initially call her back. But we also discussed her looking further onto her backup drive for her data as well. I never heard back from customer but I also did not take the time to call her back either.
At this point, I am willing to assist Doreen in any way possible. I have opened a support ticket on our side so that this does not slip through the cracks again.  The support ticket will be emailed to customer and she can call Arizona Onsite at her convenience to setup a support call or a visit to the home.
My apologizes to Doreen and am looking forward to speaking with her soon.
Paul ~

I wrote a review for this company about 4 weeks ago, unfortunately I received their bill and Paul overcharged me. When I contacted him he acknowledged that he did over charge me in error and would credit back the $70. I followed up with him several times regarding the refund and each time he said he did it, would check on it and then finally said he did know why it didn't credit and would just issue me a check, never received the credit and never received a check and he quit responding to me, via e-mail, text and phone call. I finally figured out he had no intention on refunding me what he over charged. If you do business with this company, pay cash, do not use your credit card because you will not get the money back when he over charges you. Sad too because I had more business for him. $70 seems like a high price to pay for ensuring no future business from a client.

The service was excellent. Computer was dead. They had it back to me within 24 hours.

They were able to recover all my information and able to get all back in service.

I would highly recommend this company.
