Review: When I looked at the web page to rent 2 jets skis I saw a price for $330 full day. When I called to set up the jet skis I was told the same price $330 full day. After I got to the doc to get the jet skis and sign all the paper work I saw my credit card was going to be charged $760 this is double to what I was willing to pay. The lady was rude and said no refunds, and that she told me to price for the jet skis was $330 each, I explained I would never pay this much money for 2 jet skis. The lady told me she explained everything when she did not. I felt she basically called me a lair to my face. I felt I was being robbed. She would not let me out of the price that I did not agree to. At no point with me talking to her did she ever give me the number $700. She told me my card was already charged that I should take the jet skis and have a good day. "she just wanted me to have fun" Yes I got rude and angry but I really feel that this was a scam, and there was nothing I could do. I ended up taking the jet skis as she explained I had no choice I was getting charged anyway. After a day of my children riding on the skis I called them to pick up the skis on the lake. She left my kid out there for almost an hour, I had to call back and ask her to get them again. When I read the web page I still do not understand how they charged me for 2 jet skis adding up to more than $700. She also said that she sent me a email giving me the price, however I did not receive anything form her. I feel that this is the worse serves I have every gotten.Desired Settlement: I would either like my money back, or part of my money back. I would be willing to pay the amount I thought I was going to pay, $330 per day for full day of jet skis. I would also like the web page corrected to where someone can understand that this is per jet ski. I understand that there is no refunds the day of, however if you are unhappy with the price and did not agree to they should offer a refund. I would have never paid over $700 for jet skis.

this customer did not call us before he submited this as soon as I got this I called him and put a 50% refund back on to his card he should be happy now
