I have hired Exress Heating on numerous residential fix and flip projects and on our rental propertiesBob and his crew were great! Bob offered us several possible solutions for our hvac issues, gave us his recommendation with a competitive price and professional installed the equipment

Don't bother using her services, unless you want to be playing the waiting game for weeks and weeks! And enjoy being treated as if your case doesn't matter I spoke with Cindy over the phone weeks ago, told her my need and emergency regarding parenting time She requested payment upfront to proceed with doc preparationBut this should have been the first red flag and I should have ran in the opposite direction! She wanted a bank transfer into her account, which by the way the info she provided was incorrect, it ended up being her own account not a business oneI didn't feel comfortable with this so I requested a written estimate/invoice just something! I get a very vague description and the $chargeBtw over the phone she said $I hesitantly did the wire transfer, because I was in such an urgency to file thisCindy put together the documents approximately a week later :/ She stated and its on the website as well that she had offices in central Phx and TollesonWell I figured out that she doesn't have an office in central Phx! I live in Scottsdale so bad I known she was in Tolleson only I wouldn't even have considered her! She's at least an hour away! We must have set up about appointments to which she would change on me or cancel!!!! I took the understanding approach realizing I wasn't her only client and tried working with herWell weeks into this headache, I finally said "lets just set a date and time and get this filed!!!!" - I guess I should state that she needed my original signature in addition I wanted to meet her and discuss details and have her review the docs before filing The last draw was yesterday! We set up a time "around noon" in downtown somewhere close to the court She stated she would let me know that morning exactly what timeSo I rearranged my entire work day, reschedule an important conference call that I had set up at 12:and kids schedule, just to be able to finally meet with her, well lo and behold SHE CANCELS AGAIN!!!!!! Stating that she had other clients to attend toWHAT IS THIS PROBONO?!!!! I finally let her know my thoughts on her so called "services" I insisted on meeting her on a later time she insisted she wanted "to help me" so sent me to north Phx (closer to my location) to her friends office who is an attorneyShe said just drop off the file and I'm meeting her in court laterI go over everything on the phone and to the best of my knowledge everything was signed I never heard back from herUntil today Thursday after I emailed her she lets me know that I was missing a signature and wasn't able to file the emergency ordersWait WHAAAATTTT???????? Exactly why I wants to meet with her face to face so she could review and make sure she had everything that was needed! At this point I am to my wits end!!! She is not a professional, she doesn't offer "services" rather is sure to give you a headache if not a full blown migraine! She texted my today the after I had rescheduled my entire afternoon, and wants to meetUummm I COULDN'T!! I work full time in my own business and have kidsI don't have a free minute unless it's scheduled! She stated in her texts to me we should meet and have a glass of wine to relax, #unethical, #No I don't want to be your friend #finish the job before wanting to relax I am extremely frustrated, peeved, and disappointedI went against my initial gut feeling, that something was fishySomehow I ignored my gut feeling and went ahead with itI guess because she sounded nice over the phoneShe is a nice lady over the phone BUT NICE DOESN'T GET THE JOB DONE! She was paid for a service which she didn't complete, so in this situation nice was a day late and a dollar short! I requested a refund for her services and of course she ignored my requests and didn't address itBut she sure did suggest we needed to meet and have a glass of wine! Not sure if she thought that would remedy the situation? Or what? It's been weeks and my temp orders still haven't been filed! I could have already gone to court or better yet the judge could have already granted my request!!!! If it was t for Cindy's "help" Her business practices are a JOKE! Only person I would recommend her services are to my ex! Cindy you should: 1- get POS system /app like square, so you can run cards not wire transfers 2- written invoices / estimates 3- follow through with your appointments and of course with your promises for getting the job done! 4-be honest and say you don't have a central Phx office, only Tolleson!

On December 7th 2015 I received a text from Mrs [redacted]...

complaining that her furnace was not working, I called and talked to Mr [redacted] and explained to him that that since the furnace was installed on 8/25/2014 that the labor portion of his warranty was expired (1 year labor) but that there was a parts warranty that was valid for 10 years from the date of install. I walked Mr [redacted] though the common steps that solve most issues ie: dirty filters, switch turned off, blown fuse. These steps did not resolve the issue.I asked Mr [redacted] if there was a blinking light on the lower portion of the furnace. He replied that there was, and according to the manual it was a furnace ignition problem, I told him I could come out for $120.00 for the trip charge and clean a sensor or I could try to save him the cost by instructing him how to do it, He chose to try the repairs himself. On December 8th 2015 I was again contacted by Mrs [redacted] stating that her furnace did not work, I agreed to come out to the house to look at the problem. When I got to the house Mr [redacted] took me to the furnace, at which point I again told him that there would be a $120.00 trip charge due to the labor portion of the warranty being expired. After diagnosing the problem I explained that this may be a 3 step process to solve the issue, again I explained that there would be a $120.00 charge for the labor, but that there would be no charge for any needed parts. As I started the first step in the repair process Mrs [redacted] came downstairs and asked if I would forgive the trip charge, I told her that while I did emphasize with her about the furnace having issues 16 months after install, that I could not work for free, after asking several more times for free labor she then demanded that I leave her house. She then left and went upstairs. I was at the point that the first step to fixing the issue was complete and I started the furnace, it ran trouble free for 5 minutes, so I packed up my tools and left. As I left I let Mrs [redacted] know that I would be sending an invoice and it was her choice whether to pay it or not.On my way home I received a text from Mrs [redacted] stating that she would like to work this out before reporting me to the Revdex.com. At this time I called Mrs [redacted] and let her know that there would be no $120.00 charge for the visit. She agreed that the matter was concluded and that everything was OK.
On December 10 2015 I received a text from Mrs [redacted] stating that her furnace had shut down again. I was out of town signing for our new home, but I asked Mrs [redacted] if she had her warranty information, she stated that she did not. I found and forwarded the email containing the information needed to receive warranty work from any local Carrier dealer, at this time I also informed Mrs [redacted] that I was relocating to the west side of the state and that this would be a good opportunity to find a local contractor. After talking to Mrs [redacted], Mr [redacted] then called to ask me what was going on, I let him know that I was out of town signing on a new house and would not be back in town until December 14th or 15th and that I did not want them to not have a working furnace. I explained that there was a warranty on the parts and any local Carrier furnace company would honor the warranty. I also stated that if he wanted to wait until I came back in town, I would come over to work on the furnace.
On December 16th 2015 I received an email from Mrs [redacted] thanking me for sending the warranty information to her, but that she would be reporting me to the Revdex.com anyway. She also stated that she was able to find a local company that would honor the warranty and not charge her for the labor.
On December 18 I received a text from Mrs [redacted] stating that there was now a $400.00 charge from the second heating company that she used, and that she would have no heat untilMondayand that she would be adding this to the Revdex.com report she had filed.
To sum up, Mrs [redacted] removed me from her house before I could complete the repairs to her furnace, I did not charge her for the visit that I made, I helped her with the warranty information when I was out of town, and I offered to Mr [redacted] to come out to the house when I was back in town.I have acted in good faith with this customer, and I do not think that there is anything owed to Mrs [redacted]. Even after the threats of going to the Revdex.com I still helped her as much as I possibly could, and at this point I will no longer be able to provide any services to the [redacted]'s.
As far as the furnace being a "bad product" This was a revised model of this particular furnace and the issue that Mrs [redacted] is having was not known at the time of installation.

I spoke with Cindy over the phone 4 weeks ago, told her my need and emergency regarding parenting time. She requested payment upfront to proceed with doc preparation. But this should have been the first red flag and I should have ran in the opposite direction! She wanted a bank transfer into her account, which by the way the info she provided was incorrect, it ended up being her own account not a business one. I didn't feel comfortable with this so I requested a written estimate/invoice just something! I get a very vague description and the $550 charge. Btw over the phone she said $500. I hesitantly did the wire transfer, because I was in such an urgency to file this. Cindy put together the documents approximately a week later :/

She stated and its on the website as well that she had offices in central Phx and Tolleson. Well I figured out that she doesn't have an office in central Phx! I live in Scottsdale so bad I known she was in Tolleson only I wouldn't even have considered her! She's at least an hour away! She said just drop off the file and I'm meeting her in court later. I go over everything on the phone and to the best of my knowledge everything was signed.

I never heard back from her. Until today Thursday after I emailed her she lets me know that I was missing a signature and wasn't able to file the emergency orders. Wait WHAAAATTTT???????? Exactly why I wants to meet with her face to face so she could review and make sure she had everything that was needed! At this point I am to my wits end!!! Cindy you should:
1- get POS system /app like square, so you can run cards not wire transfers.
2- written invoices / estimates
3- follow through with your appointments and of course with your promises for getting the job done!
4-be honest and say you don't have a central Phx office, only Tolleson!
