This is a response to a complaint from [redacted] We understand the frustration from your end being that you are saying you are handi cap and the inconvenience this may have caused but unfortunately in the state of [redacted] if you do not have a handicap license plate on...

your vehicle you must display the plac and on the plac it specifically states it must be displayed from the rear view mirror (i have added an example picture) our drivers where called out to the property the call specifically stated that your vehicle was parked in the handi cap parking without proper authorization, i have attached a picture of your vehicle clearly no plac  you have to understand without the plac being in the window we have no way of knowing that you are handicap once I read the complaint I also went out to your vehicle to see if I could see a plac anywhere I see a plac in your visor I have attached that picture as well if our driver was able to see it displayed whether on dash or mirror we would have not towed you we have a service to perform for this community and we are unfortunately the middle guy that gets blamed for doing our job that we are contracted to do for future reference please display your plac when you park in a handicap space that way you don’t have this innocence in the future .
