Response:

Good morning [redacted]. I apologize for the delay in our response. Thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaint.

Worst experience with a towing company. I called them at 2:15 in the morning when I got home because someone had parked in my spot. They said they would send a driver out to solve this but no one showed up. I called four times and finally gave up after 4am. The whole time I waited outside for a driver that never showed up. The company also stopped answering phone calls. They are not 24 hr service as they claim to be

Review: I had my vehicle towed by this company. When I showed up to a scheduled vehicle pick up. I was immediately insulted by the one of the two employees there when I told them I would not pay them for their tow immediately because it was not required by law for me to recover my property. He made a derogitory refernece to my height. Then when he told me that he would take me to court for the tow fees I said "That's fine now please give me my vehicle." He threw my drivers license at me, jumped out of his chair and told me "I will kick your (expilict reference to my rear end) if you don't get out of my office" Then as I was walking away he said "I'm a retired army ranger, I can take you out" Being a 20 year student of Martial Arts, I just laughed him off, and dialed 911 to have an officer come down to help me collect my vehicle. At this point he offered to get my vehicle, and my property was returned to me. A business owner who resorts to violent threats when he can't trick a consumer into paying him should not be in business. This experience should be on their perminent Revdex.com record so furture companies that want to go into business with them can understand the lunatics they would unleash on their customers.Desired Settlement: I want the towing charges dropped and a written appoligy for their appauling behavior.

Review: I have medical issues with my foot and I can’t afford the surgery, I’m also register with [redacted] Disability office and doctors, Friday 10/18/2013 I was over at friends located at [redacted] apartments [redacted] phone # ###-###-#### around ten PM we wore working on our home works, I had lots of pain in my foot and their wore plenty of handicap parking available so I park their to be closer and don’t have to walk so much with pain in my foot. When I came out to my car it was gone and I found out arizona parking enforcement had take my vehicle.

The next day Saturday 10/19/2013 my husband and I called arizona parking enforcement on the card it said [redacted] cell phone # ###-###-#### office # ###-###-#### for no reason he start being rude to us and he continued telling us why don’t you pick up your vehicle Monday only when my husband told him that you have no rights to keep our vehicle until Monday and will come over with the police and file a lawsuit against you then he told us to be at their [redacted] location at 10:15 am once we got their we found out he had told others to be there at 10:00 am and he was also being rude to them and keep telling them to show up Monday, and he had given every one a different price, it obvious he does this to intimidate people into showing up Monday so he can charge them for the extra days. He did not show up until almost 11:00 am only after people start calling him and inform him that they wore getting ready to call the police on him. I had to stand by the place under the suns heat with leg brace boot on my leg and loads of pain waiting for him to show up and collect my vehicle from him.

Now that ama took my vehicle when they shouldn’t had they must refund back our $155.00 the coast of tow or we will contact the state disability department, state of AZ congress, tempe police department to inform them of what type of company they are working with and t.v. stations to see if they be interested on doing a investigation both on ama and [redacted] apartments.Desired Settlement: $155.00 refund

Response:

Mrs. [redacted]’s vehicle was towed from [redacted] in Tempe, AZ. Her vehicle was parked in a clearly marked and identified handicap space. Mrs. [redacted]’s vehicle did not have a handicap permit or license plate. [redacted] is not owned by [redacted]. We have no way of knowing if someone is injured or registered with the college disability office. We are required to remove any vehicles in violation for the property which includes improper use of handicap spaces. Not only is it against the apartment complex’s policy it is unlawful as outlined in Tempe City Code. We have photographs of the vehicle parked in the handicap parking space if the Revdex.com, Tempe Police Department, or any other office Mrs. [redacted] mentioned, needs them for further clarification. Each city has different towing prices which are outlined in the specific city law. This is why Mrs. [redacted] may have heard different prices being paid at the office. Her price was $155.00 which she did pay $150.00 of. We do not try to intimidate people into picking up their vehicles at a later time. If Mrs. [redacted] would have picked up her vehicle on Monday, instead of Saturday, there would have been a $10.00 difference. Mrs. [redacted]’s vehicle was released to her, officially, at 10:54am. There were several people before her and she wanted additional clarification, which she was given, as to why other people paid a different price. We understand it may be upsetting having your vehicle towed. We were, however, doing what we are contracted to do and enforcing the parking rules for the apartment complex. Many people try to “get back at us” by submitting false complaints to the Revdex.com. Mrs. [redacted] also did not mention that she and her husband were confrontational and screaming at the dispatcher on the telephone. We are sorry Mrs. [redacted] is upset but hope she can understand we are just doing our job. Please let us know if there are additional questions. Thank you, [redacted]

Stop giving false

statement, we paid $155.00 and we have a receipt to prove it which we are

sending you copies of the receipt. The fact that they charged us $155.00 and we

have a receipt to prove it and the fact that they are saying it was only

$150.00 which only proves how dishonest they really are.
