Pre-paid for services. Owner of business doesn't show up for services until I call him (even though he wrote dates of services in advance). I had an appointment with him in March that he was a no-show for. I have had an increase in pests since using two of the 4 services I've prepaid for. On September 6th, I called him to come out for his August service. David made an appointment for the next day between 10-11 am. He didn't show up. About 2 1/2 hours after the appointment time I called him to follow-up as I had not heard from him. No answer at 12:15. I texted him to ask if he was coming. He called me within a matter of minutes. He said he was just about to call me. That it started raining and he can't come due to rain. (It was raining all night and light drizzle all morning). I told him he could have notified me because I have to leave. He said I am getting aggressive and started yelling at me that he just made 75 calls to reschedule appointments and he was getting to me next. I had not raised my voice to him or yelled at him for him to think I'm getting aggressive. I simply stated that hadn't notified me. He continued to yell at me that he doesn't need to take this abuse from me and this aggression from me. I told him I still needed to discuss my issue with him. I calmly kept repeating this statement until he stopped yelling. After he stopped shouting I told him I'd like to go back to my old company. He started yelling at me again. Once I got a chance, I explained to him there are too many ants and scorpions in the house and I want to go to my old company but I've prepaid with him for the year. He was supposed to come out in August but didn't yet and I've already prepaid for November. He said that's fine you can go back to your old company. I tried to find out when I could get a refund and he kept yelling at me and I continued to ask him when I could expect a refund or if I could follow up with someone and he said he'd process the refund when he gets back to the office. I kept asking him if that would be today but he was shouting and I couldn't ask him anything. I asked him if there was anyone else at the office I could follow up with. He kept yelling saying that there is no one else in the office. I asked him, while he continues to shout at me, if I could follow-up with the nice lady he had working for him, he said there is no one else. He continued to shout at me and I told him well perhaps it's because of all the yelling that you don't have anyone working with you. He got louder and said that he has and has had a lot of people working for him. When I was finally able to ask him do you mean today - when are you going back to the office. He said he said today. I told him I didn't hear that and he continued to shout at me very very loud and very rude, he might have been cursing he was raging so bad that I had to just tell him that I'll follow up via email and text about the refund and that I need to call the Revdex.com. I don't know if he even heard me over the shouting. He did say call the Revdex.com call whoever you want and continued to yell. I had to hang up on him. I waited for him to contact me on 9/7 about my refund, like he said he would, but he didn't. I found [redacted] on [redacted] because of David's good rating there. In looking again after my experience with him, I see that [redacted] has filtered most of his negative ratings and doesn't count all those negative reviews in his rating which looks like a false positive. I will be reaching out to [redacted] about this practice because it is very misleading to consumers.

In looking over the many negative reviews that this company has customers have had the same negative experiences where they've prepaid for services and David didn't show up, ineffective spraying, cursing by the owner, rude customer service, and many of the times David has responded to these [redacted] reviews telling customers they are lying, they have "issues," and that it is a "free countrty"about his cursing. All of these reviews can be found on [redacted] on 1/3/16, 11/19/2015, 10/7/2015, 10/2/105, 8/20/2015, 8/17/2015, and more. Additionally, David in response to my review on [redacted], listed my full first and last name in his rebuttal to me where he basically says that I am lying and I was upset about the rain and that he never yelled at me. In his private message to me on [redacted] he told me I'm seeking attention. Very, very terrible owner. I would like a refund of my two services that have not been done. $65 for August and $65 for November. Both services I prepaid for a total of $130. Additionally, I need him to take my full first and last name off of his reply to my [redacted] review of his company and my experience with him. And finally, I would like him to be taught customer service and etiquette so he doesn't continue to harras customers that have any sort of complaint or question that David doesn't approve of.

We found Arizona Pest Squad on Yelp, and I chose them over the competition purely because of positive reviews! AZPS is awesome! They came to our home super fast and bombed our home that was vacant for a while. All living pests that were here, are gone! They are very accommodating to our schedules and they work quickly. In addition, they are always willing to come over with any concern. We are 1st time customers and will continue using AZ Pest Squad!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was worried that I might have a pest problem after purchasing new furniture. I called the company and the next day [redacted] was at my home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable while talking to him. He did a thorough inspection and it seems that the bites I got did not come from the type of bug I thought was in my home. [redacted] came back several more times (on his own time!) to make sure that the pest I was worried about was not in my home. [redacted] could have lied and said that I needed costly treatments, but he was honest. I am very, very impressed with Arizona Pest Squad's professionalism and their quality of service. I would not hesitate in recommending this company!

I wanted to let everyone know that Arizona Pest Squad is great! The guys have been to my home and have helped me with a scorpion problem. Everytime I call, they come armed with getting rid of these pesky critters. If you need a great group of guys to do your exterminating, then give [redacted] and the crew a call. You won't be disappointed.

I must share a fantastic experience with you. I own a restaurant here in Scottsdale. We started noticing flying insects throughout the restaurant. The customers were complaining! I called 10-15 pest control company's and they had very high prices over $125 for a inspection? I came across Arizona Pest Squad and spoke to a gentleman name, [redacted]. He told me he was one of the owners and couls have a technician at my restaurant within the hour? Low and behold the technician showed up within half hour. The technicians name is [redacted]. He explained to me he was licensed since 1997! I felt very comfortable. Needless to say not only was the service EXCELLENT and Arizona Pest Squad gave me a affordable quality service, but the flying critters are GONE! I signed a monthly agreement with Arizona Pest Squad and the rest is history! Great job guys! You are one of the last of the Mohicans with "attention to detail" and we give uyou a 500% thumbs up!

I had a feeling that I might have bed bugs due to the bites I woke up with on my shoulders. After tearing apart my bedroom I found a tiny critter and freaked out. I went on [redacted] and found AZ Pest Squad and called them up based on the positive reviews they had. It was around 9pm and I wasn't expecting anyone to pick up but [redacted] answered and told me that they would have someone out the very next morning. Well [redacted] came out the next morning and confirmed that I had bed bugs. He gave me and my fiancé a great quote and even threw in bed bug mattress protective covers for free. I am a very paranoid person and while we were preparing our home for the bed bug treatment I can't even count the number of times that I called [redacted] and he always answered the phone and took the time to answer my questions and give me reassurance. [redacted] knew that my fiancé and I were getting married the following month, and with the stress of our wedding and the bed bug situation he made the process as easy as it could be for us. He even surprised us and upgraded our treatment for no extra cost because he know how stressed out I was and told us to view it as an early wedding present! Even though he performed heat treatment on our home which killed all bugs and eggs at once he still is coming back to our place to spray two more times. Even after he had completed the job he still answered my calls and answered all of my questions, even calling me on a holiday when businesses were closed! AZ Pest Squad offers fantastic customer service and gets the job done all at a great price! My fiancé and I have signed up for their monthly treatment and know that we will be in good hands. If I could give them a rating higher than 10 I would!
