I have been waiting since January to get the approach fixed if you would like to accommodate me please fix approach you guys have my phone number and address to tell you the truth I am tired of calling you guys repeatedly with no response and always some kind of run around just give me a date when you can come and that would be fine thank you for your timeIf you need my contact information let me knowPlease keep in mind I have been waiting for almost months Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 14, 2016/07/26) */ Good afternoon I have contacted Arizona pipeline and left two messages for the operation manager [redacted] however he has not contacted me backThis is the same thing I've been putting up with since January Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 16, 2016/07/27) */ I have read the consumers complaints and at this time I am going to say that I am completely done with the job in that area and will not return to that location for any more workWe have satisfied all Town permit requirementsI have had no complaints from the town about workmanshipI have had no complaints from our customer, Southwest Gas, whom we are contracted to do work withThe only complaint I have is from this homeownerI do not know if he has personal issues with Arizona Pipeline because of family members working for us before and no longer working hereI am not sure what the issues areI have photos of the driveway prior to the start of the job and it was cracked in numerous locationsThe repair that we performed on the line made it look better than the original drivewayQuite frankly, I think my paving crew went out of their way to try and make this customer happy by doing more than they needed to do I have tried working with this customer by sending my paving crew out twice to come to a resolutionThe first time he had attitude with my paving crew so I told them to leaveThe second time they went out there he was wanting my guys to put in a brand new driveway and I told them no At this time my response is the work is done and I will not be doing anything moreIf you would like to see photos of the job, please let me know and I will be happy to provide themThanks

I have read the consumers complaints and at this time I am going to say that I am completely done with the job in that area and will not return to that location for any more work. We have satisfied all Town permit requirements. I have had no complaints from the town about workmanship. I have had no complaints from our customer, Southwest Gas, whom we are contracted to do work with. The only complaint I have is from this homeowner. I do not know if he has personal issues with Arizona Pipeline because of family members working for us before and no longer working here. I am not sure what the issues are. I have photos of the driveway prior to the start of the job and it was cracked in numerous locations. The repair that we performed on the line made it look better than the original driveway. Quite frankly, I think my paving crew went out of their way to try and make this customer happy by doing more than they needed to do.
I have tried working with this customer by sending my paving crew out twice to come to a resolution. The first time he had attitude with my paving crew so I told them to leave. The second time they went out there he was wanting my guys to put in a brand new driveway and I told them no.
