Recently bought Arizona Polymers sealer which I had problems with and tried to get resolved with no results. In fact the company after 1 month of trying to find out what can be done decided that because there test on retentions of the seal was not a problem then there could not have been a problem. This sealer never hardened at all after 1 month. I buy thousands of dollars of Arizona Polymer a year for over 4 years and apparently that does not mean anything to them. I am not trying to receive free products but exchange a product that did not perform. I tried to work out this matter with several managers but after everything [redacted] emailed me and decided that it was okay to lose a customer. I started using there product because they said that there customer service was superior to other companies. Now I know that was not true and that the customer service was down right terrible and they do not stand by there products. I will not be using there products anymore.
