I have NOT received any email requests from Mr. M[redacted] regarding the pump issue. He perhaps is using an old email address. And, I have not received any voice mails from Mr. M[redacted] which I have the same number as before. The Pump he's referring to was a new pump out of the box in...
August 2013. Any and all paperwork was left on the back patio table. I would be more that happy to research the warranty information. To make a false report is not only deceptively wrong, it simply not accurate. I don't appreciate the misleading information. Here is the information needed for this complaint:[redacted] warranty phone # [redacted]8/2013 installation dateSerial # [redacted]They will have to talk with the [redacted] warranty department regarding what's covered.The paperwork from installation box was left on the patio. And, the serial number is on the unit itself. Their current pool company should be aware of this information. This information is readily available.
