I have NOT received any email requests from Mr. M[redacted] regarding the pump issue.  He perhaps is using an old email address.  And, I have not received any voice mails from Mr. M[redacted] which I have the same number as before.  The Pump he's referring to was a new pump out of the box in...

August 2013.  Any and all paperwork was left on the back patio table.  I would be more that happy to research the warranty information. To make a false report is not only deceptively wrong, it simply not accurate.
