Arizona Pool Covers

I paid big bucks for a new pool cover from this company. I have had one repair done satisfactorily. I have had a second repair done with no explanation as to what the problem was (this should still be under the warranty period) but I did get a call advising that a charge would be processed through my Visa. To date, I have received no invoice nor confirmation the repair for which I paid has been completed. A reply / resolution to a complaint made that the amount of the invoice seemed excessive has not been received. Very shoddy customer service in my opinion

This is an update to my negative review posted earlier this month. As you can tell, I was very upset with this company when that was written. Since then my opinion has changed dramatically, so it's only fair that I submit a new review, so here goes:
It was a little difficult to establish contact with this company, but when I finally did, I learned a few things. First off, not as an excuse, but rather an explanation, these folks have had a difficult time finding and keeping good qualified employees. My son owns a business and I've heard the same thing from him time and again, so I get it.
The two gentlemen who showed up to do the work (turns out they were the owner and a foreman?), were very nice and helpful. They explained their frustrations about finding "good help", and proceeded to investigate our cover issues.
A long story short, they went WAY above and beyond in locating and correcting our problem(s), which as it turned out were very likely caused by the original pool contractor who did the installation…and it was questionable whether or not the work was actually covered under warranty. They fixed it all anyway! No small job since it involved some rewiring and other electrical work as well as multiple adjustments. At this point I can't say enough good about this company; and, if you know of any good, reliable folks looking for a job, send them here, there just might be a job available!

Pool covers are inherently touchy and prone to have problems. I had mine installed 7 years ago when the pool was built, and have had occasional issues with it. Even had to replace the cover itself last year because of the accumulated sun damage. But they are worth their weight in gold in terms of keeping the water clean and reducing chemical usage.

This company is the vendor that has serviced (and replaced) my cover since it was installed, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The recent rains have caused some issues with my pool cover electrical system, and their technician Scott came out to correct the problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly, took care of little adjustment issues he spotted during his visit, and demonstrated an overall terrific work ethic.

I highly recommend these folks.
