My wife and I are getting older and we don't have a copying machine and fax machine or any knowledge of how to send photographs over the internet (without going through a lot of hassle). My wife and I do not have as much energy as we used to have. I want my grandchildren to visit us and be safe around our pool; but, I do not have a lot of time to drive around to get quotes from different fence companies. When I emailed this company to request a physical address to which I could send real, developed photographs, Ms. Maloney was unable to provide me a mailing address for their business. She insisted that I figure out how to send pictures through the e-mail (even after I had explained my limitations, as mentioned, above). I consider this to mean that either A) this is a shell company used for tax fraud or B) it is a company that discriminates against mature citizens based on age. I am tired of being EXPECTED to be as "tech savvy" as the kids these days. A company should try to work with all potential customers regardless of age and ability. While it may be slower than all the new ways, the United States Postal Service is reliable and perfectly capable of delivering correspondence; and, an old man's money is just as good as a young man's. I am frustrated and offended by the Arizona Pool Fence company.

Arizona Pool Fence were very professional and friendly, it only took 3 hours to install my pool fence and the cost was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their service.
