Mr*** is a new customer since June 2014. We have had a difficult time getting his pool cleared up. We are replacing all of the de grids and providing a de service free of charge to get his pool cleared up. He is happy with the response. ***, owner

The customer was past due for August and September and for a basket totaling $188 at the end of September 2016.  We have never had a complaint by the customer prior to October 2016.  We waived the service for October that the customer is complaining about.  The customer has...

been a customer for several years.  In fact, the pool has been in such great shape that they recently requested that we provide 2 x's per month service starting in November 2016.  The customer stated to our area manager that "the pool is in great shape but the tech did not stay long enough".  We are not waiving the service charges for September and August and for the basket totaling $188 and will turn over for collection at the end of October if not paid by the customer in a timely manner.  This is an attempt by the customer to get out of paying their past due balance with us which we are not going to waive.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The poolis now clear and the complaint is resolved.

Each weekly cleaning visit includes: 1)testing and adjusting chemicals 2)skimming pool surface 3)empty pump and filter baskets 4)cleaning or back washing filter 5) vacuuming pool 6) brushing walls and tilesfrom Az Pool website, showing the services they commit to provide EACH WEEK.  I reject the businesses response for 3 reasons.1) I did not request the entire balance be adjusted off. I never said I would not pay the 84.00 for Aug and the 20.00 basket. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A RECORD OF SERVICES PERFORMED. (the tech does not record truthfully on the paper he leaves,there is no way the things he documented were done in under 1min. Preston CONFIRMED that our pool WAS SWEPT 1 time in Sept, and had NOT BEEN SWEPT IN FOUR WEEKS) They DID NOT SWEEP or CLEAN THE FILTER OR BACKWASH in the month of Sept.  Since they DON'T VACUUM EITHER, (according to Preston, "you have a vacuum in your pool") that leaves:testing chemicals, skimming the top, and emptying a plastic basket... These were THE ONLY SERVICES WE RECEIVED IN SEP. I am not paying for an entire month for the 6 services THEY PROMISE TO DO EVERY WEEK. When those services were not done. Adjust Sept. for the work you actually did.2) we ALWAYS go to bi weekly service in the winter. This has NOTHING to do with our pool "looking c good we don't need weekly service" I never said those words. I ASKED Preston why his tech couldn't even bother to ADD CHLORINE,his exact words "I know you think you know a lot about pools, and you like to hear yourself talk, but it's common knowledge that pools require less chlorine and service in the winter."3) after he told me the pool hadn't been swept since Sept 2nd, and he couldn't tell me when the other 5 services they promise every week were done. I asked " you agree you did not do the work you promise you will do, but you still want me to pay the full amount for Sept. as if you HAD done those things?" his RESPONSE "YES".

The customer only questioned and called about the first week of October pool service.  We will expect August, September and the part balance of $188.

Lack of communication. Changed pool service tech a number of times - didn't know who was servicing pool. Didn't always show up. Minimal service even though I was paying for full service- not just dropping in some chlorine tabs. Tech said he checked equipment but I could see that our Zodiac wasn't even moving. Finally got a call back after I called 3 times. Pool service guy finally came but didn't appear to really even brush pool. Too late. End of October and now I have algae. Very disappointed. I have discontinued service.

They did a great job! Most affordable. From start to finish it took 1 week for the guys to complete replastering and some plumbing stuff. Nice and honest company! Highly recommend them.

Review: I contacted AZ Pool Remodeling & Service, LLC in July 2015 to provide full pool service (chemicals included) for my rental property. There were issues within the company with the service technician getting fired/quitting and the pool not being serviced. This issue was not brought to my attention until my tenants sent me pictures of the pool with an 1-2" of algae built up on the pool floor and terrible water quality. They mentioned they had not seen the technician on the scheduled days. I spoke with the owner, [redacted], and he mentioned that he verified via GPS that his technician had been on-site. After numerous phone calls and emails exchanged I was able to find out that I would be provided a new technician and that they would address the algae and water quality immediately. This was not done as the pool remained green.

My tenants continued to complain a few weeks later. I was promised that the pool would be cleaned up but this was not done and the pool had remained in the same state. I contacted [redacted] again and was instructed to contact the technician who said he was trying to turn the pool around but was very busy and could not seem to handle how the previous technicians lack of service left the pool. Again I spent a few hours going back and forth demanding pool service as advertised on their website.

A few days later I received a call from the district manager, [redacted] who mentioned he was appalled by the quality of the pool and the service his company had provided. He assigned yet another technician to my pool and offered to waive the service fee for the month and provide a full filter service and cleaning. I relayed the information to my tenants. Two weeks later I receive another round of pictures showing the pool still with algae and debris. I cannot get in contact with the regional manager as he doesn't answer his phone or return calls. His mailbox is also full so leaving a message is not an option. Emails have been sent and still waiting response.

Overall the companies website promises "same professional pool guy every time," "hold ourselves and our service to the highest standard," "ensure our expertise is accurate and valuable with 8 licenses," and "certified pool guys." All of these statements appear to be entirely invalid with the service I have received since July with 3 different technicians that can't seem to keep a pool clear and I am required to delegate their internal company affairs to resolve their poor service, but have yet to be successful.Desired Settlement: I wish for my pool to be returned to the clear and algae free state that was provided for them at the time of initiating the pool service as well as repair/treatment of plaster and pool equipment as a result of the algae and poor water quality maintained during service.

they let an algae bloom turn the pool green. When I returned I

complained to the company several times, but they have been

ineffective in clearing up the pool.Desired Settlement: Clear the algae bloom and keep the pool clean.

They did a great job! Most affordable. From start to finish it took 1 week for the guys to complete replastering and some plumbing stuff. Nice and honest company! Highly recommend them.
