I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I do not have an interest in dragging this out any further, as I am no longer in a business relationship with Arizona Pools. However, the response to my complaint is completely inaccurate to the issues I had with the company.

I did not file a complaint with the Revdex.com after 1 storm, nor did my complaint have anything to do with the 4th of July weekend. I do not expect my pool to be spotless after a monsoon. What's interesting is that the storm was on the 4th, so this business man still doesn't have his facts straight.

I have now had two different pool companies over to my house since ending our professional relationship and for the first time am enjoying a clean pool. What's worse, is what I thought Nick from Arizona Pools was doing to clean the algae was incredible, but I now realize he was simply crushing up cholorine tablets and sprinkling them around my pool, which has now completely stained my pebble tec.

Also, his statements about cleaning my cartridge filters those days are false, because I have had them cleaned after removing him from service. They were completely green and brown and had clearly not been cleaned as he stated he did.

The reason for the Revdex.com complaint is that after months and months of calling him WEEKLY to remind him that the pool needed vaccumed, or the pool wasn't usable, AGAIN, he still neglected to do his job and ultimately a scam artist.

I have text messages in my phone dating back to early May where I was at [redacted] trying to fix the discoloration, algae breakouts, etc. Let me repeat that. I was at [redacted] texting MY POOL MAN because he was clearly not doing the job himself. Why was I paying $80 a month for his services when I was still going to the pool store? So again, how can his response be that I wasn't happy about the 4th of July? I hadn't been happy in months and he was made aware of it every week and still failed to do the job.

I like to give second chances, and I've previously stated, he was a nice man, but he robbed me blind over the last year with $80 a month fees for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now my only reminder of him is my ruined pebbletec from his lazy attempt to clean algae.

Advise to everyone, do not use this company. You will get excuse after excuse. Even after I filed the Revdex.com complaint, his concern was not with customer satisfaction, but with me removing the complaint. He has his own agenda and will take your money and not bat an eye at the amount of money you will waste on his service.

I am happy to report that I am now swimming in a sparkling clean pool and I do not need to contact my pool guy... ever. He contacts me. I don't have to ask for the pool to be vaccummed. He does that on his own. I don't have to worry about stained pool walls due to laziness. Everything is much better now.

Hello

we have waived all charges to her account.

the customer had ask us to please clean her pool for the July 4th weekend, so we went to her pool on July 3rd and clean and treated the pool with chemical, unfortunately we had our first monsoon of the season on the night of july...

3rd and her pool was dirty for the 4th of july weekend, she never called us or informed us that she would like us to clean pool again over weekend due to the storm (she hired us as a once a week service) we return to the pool Monday july 7th to check up on the pool we found that the dust and wind storm had cause the pool to have alot of dirt on bottom of the pool and the filter and baskets complete clog due to the storm damage. we proceed to vacuum up all the dirt on the pool when we did this it made the filter very dirt. so we had no choice to tear the filter apart and clean it out. normally we always charge extra for complete filter clean and we tell our clients this when they start service. I dont recall if I had told her this so I decided to wave the fee for the clean out after she notified me she was not aware of this charge.

The week she decided to cancel our service week of july 14th, on July 13 we had a microbust/dust storm in her area again, we came out to her home 3 times that week to get the pool clean up again from the storm once on july 14th and the 2nd july 16th and july 17 after we had clean up pool from the storm she ask us to stop all service.

she called us on july 14th asking why we did not clean her pool complete, I told her the storm had hurt alot of our pools that week, and I could only spend 1 hour in her pool that day and I would return later that week. The next day she filed complaint with Revdex.com. We did come back that week as stated 2 more time and clean pool and filters again. the client called me and text me on july 16th to notified to stop service on her pool and that she called Revdex.com to let them know complaint was resoved

We will offer a refund of the monthly service 0f $102.00

Review: I live in TX and rent out my home and I hired AZ [redacted] Service in May for chemical only service. When they took over the [redacted] was in good condition with clear water and at the right chemicals and there was no algae in the [redacted] or on the walls of the pool. My renter [redacted] informed me that the [redacted] as not in good condition and it was turning green. Both myself and [redacted] made many attempts to contact the owner [redacted] thru phone and text with lack of response to rectify the situation. When we finally got ahold of [redacted] I told her to have him check the chemicals and he said that the chemicals were balanced properly. However I told her to go to the [redacted] to get the water tested and the results were that PH was extremely high and the chlorine was very low.

When we spoke on the phone after I informed him I as going to take legal action, he said that when he took over the [redacted] it was in bad condition and already had algae growing in it and the reason why he didn't inform me because he will not preform an acid wash and drain the [redacted] in the summer since the plaster can crack. But then he changed his story and said that we did have this conversation and I told him that I didn't want to pay for the service for an acid wash. We have never had that conversation and there is no phone records, email or text trail, pictures or documentation of it. After I had informed him that was not case he got very angry on the phone and he said that he is not paying for it because he has no money and that his daughter is handicap and that I don't care that I am taking money away from her medical bills. Since that conversation I told him I will only communicate with him thru email so I can document the situation.

Since the chemicals were not balanced properly the water turned green and algae had grown through out the [redacted] causing this a health and safety issue for my renters and lack of use of the rental property. The damage was so bad that I had to get an acid wash done on the pool.Desired Settlement: I have spoke with [redacted] thru the phone and thru email for documentation about this issue and gave him 1 month to rectify the situation and he has yet refunded me the damages which are the cost of the acid washing, electric bill and water bill (to drain the [redacted] and to fill it up).

Acid Wash $300

Electric $25

Water $25

[redacted] service $45

Since he claims he has no money I would like the refund back in a cashier check.

We will offer a refund of the monthly service 0f $102.00

Review: I have had [redacted] as my pool man for over 3 months now, and I have called him almost weekly with complaints about the service. I am firing him now, because he refuses to do a good job. I first came in contact with him when my pool filter stopped working and I needed a new one. I had [redacted] acid wash the pool which is something done to fully clean the pool. It cost $140 and when he was done, he started filling the pool again with a huge stain still left across one side of the pool. When I asked him about it, he said that it 'wouldn't come out' and I 'may need to have another acid wash.' I didn't know any better, and continued using him for my pool service. Finally I called saying I was tired of the run around and not being able to use my pool because of it being filthy, cloudy, algae filled, etc. He then came to my house on an unscheduled day and deposited "sun tabs" directly into the pool. The next day, the pool was the cleanest it had been since I started using him... needless to say, I asked him to do that same thing the following week - which he didn't. I talk to my pool man every single week because of how dissatisfied I am with the work he does. I called him on Monday saying that I knew he was there this morning but the pool looked terrible and he would need to come back this week because it is now the middle of July, and I haven't been able to comfortably enjoy my pool all summer... Oh, did I mention my friends said they didn't want to get in it on the 4th of July weekend because it was dirty? He is humiliating me. Then, to top it off - I opened my bill last night. Without asking me, he 'cleaned my cartrdige filters' and charged me an ADDITIONAL $85! He thinks I'm going to pay $165 this month for a pool I can't use? No way.

Now, I will say that he is a nice guy. But he has an excuse every week for why the pool looks terrible. He charged me without my consent. And I'm done.Desired Settlement: I expect that he comes back this week, cleans the pool PROPERLY and adjusts my bill to reflect the quality of service I have been receiving, which is 0.

I'd say I'd pay for his time, but he only stays for about 5 minutes a week.
