As stated in my original complaint, we left the team due to the club not meeting expectations of regular play schedule, practice locations, and inadequate management of the team by the director to enforce expected and promised standards.? ? When our first coach was fired, the ASPC director was suggested to be our coach.? As we did not feel the club met expectations under this director we had no faith that the director would produce any different results as the coach of the team.? As a parent, I expected the director/owner of the club to be 100% responsible for the teams under his care and this was not the case with our team.? Having no confidence in the director and club we had no choice but to leave the team and provide something better for our players. The fees we paid are now being utilized by other players who were not required to pay the full amount up front but are offered a payment plan for the season.? Had this been an option when we signed up, we would not be in the position we are currently in trying to get a refund of our fees.? ASPC website does state that fees are refundable in exceptional cases and I feel that ours is an exceptional case and warrants a refund
