I have worked and ran commercial projects for 25 years so I know a thing or two about good & bad contractor's.

AZ Pump Service went above and beyond by first giving me a great price on a new booster pump and then his ear on some technical advice.

When I finally resolved all my other issues from a lightning strike to my shared well, the final step was to replace the submerged well pump. That is when I called in the Pro's at AZ Pump Service.

Kenny gave me a detailed price quote and what he recommended for a replacement pump. I'm the type that researchers the heck out of stuff, especially before it's going hundreds of feet under ground. In the end I was very happy with the pump and parts he suggested.

Knowing my neighbors and I had been running on water deliveries for days now, the crew jumped on getting my new pump installed the next day after giving the approval.

From what I was told by the previous owner, my pump was 300' down but after removing the pump it was discovered to be 468' down, requiring more labor hours. They charged me a very fair rate for the additional work and did a great job too.

I highly recommend AZ Pump Service for all your pump and well needs!

called out on the 7th of june, pulled pump from well as it was not performing to specs. pump was clogged with rust from steel well casing, bench tested pump and it did not meet standards. installed new pump at same depth as old pump, pump immediately clogged up with rust. chuck mentioned this had...

been a problem in the past and would have a driller come to clean out the well. we pulled new pump from well, cleaned it and tested ok. Chuck said he would call me to install pump after well driller was done, we meet up and I gave him his pump back. Not really sure why he is complaining cause he was there every step of the way and agreed to everything. we try to please every one and that's why in 10 years I only have two complaints. maybe he wants something for nothing, not sure what this world is coming too. lets take it to court, cause I strongly know that I did nothing wrong.

I called AZ pump services because I had no water to my house. Not only was [redacted] professional and attentive, but he was at my house promptly to repair my well. The job was well done and he was pleasant to work with. I recommend everyone call Arizona Pump Services before you call anyone else.
