Arizona Quick Serve Process Service Reviews (3)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I will accept their offer if they contact me for the information I wanted to give them before.  As you can see the Email address they mailed the statement too is not mine and my server would not even let me send an email to [redacted] as the address is not valid.  I also enclosed the original AZ Quick Serve Statement which has both my numbers and correct email.  A picture of my phone log is attached to show the first time AZ Quick Serve called me was 12/4 ..  The Numbers in red are missed calls.  I Was also informed by [redacted] that [redacted] said my number was unavailable.  I am just asking for an honest effort to serve these papers.  Not on a Holiday Week, as many days have been wasted with this process. Also the [redacted] Web site has a different phone number.  The one [redacted] called Was [redacted] Personal line.  And since [redacted] went to the neighboring shop, I am sure Mr [redacted]  is making an effort not to be found.  But he has finished his personal show car, so he has been in the shop.  His picture is also on the website, if needed. Regards,[redacted]

We are in receipt of the complaint from the customer.  Customer did retain us on 11/19 to attempt to serve legal papers on a person by the name of [redacted].  Our process server did attempt to serve the defendant on 11/21, 11/22, 11/25, 11/27, & 12/2/13.  Please see attached...

certificate of attempted service from the process server.   Regarding the customers  assertion that the server never stepped foot on the property to try to serve the defendant, this is not true.  Our server was at the address on all the above attempts.  The server also obtained the phone number of the defendant and tried calling them on 2 occasions & left messages for the defendant, but never received a call back.  Regarding us not calling the client back to obtain additional information, we looked up the phone logs & we did call the customer back at the below date & time, information is copied from our phone machine log.  11/22/2013 8:05:05 AM105[redacted]00:00:26 We do apologize for the time it took us to provide the client the non serve certificate.  We do show it was emailed to the client on 12/17 & have attached a copy of the email sent receipt to this response. We are happy to work with the customer to make them happy & attempt again to try to serve the defendant.  If the customer wishes, we will attempt another 3 times to serve the defendant at no additional charge Arizona Quick Serve

Review: On 11/19/13 I hired Arizona Quick Serve to to serve court papers to [redacted] at [redacted]. I was told 5 attempts would cost me $60. I called on 11/21 with more information to give the server to help the process. I never received a call back until 12/4/13, when [redacted] informed me that my 5 attempts had been made unsuccessfully. I then called back to find how, when and why no one got back to me as I had more information for them, to successfully get the papers served. He had to get back to me as the server, [redacted], did not give him the information. He then told me attempts were made on 11/21, 11/22, 11/25, 11/27, 12/2. That someone told her [redacted] was not around. When I asked who she had talked to, he then had to call me back. When he called back [redacted] informed me that the gates were closed so she asked some neighbor. I then asked [redacted] why no one ever called me back when I left a message on 11/21, he said [redacted] told him my phone was unavailable. By this time [redacted] had already called me 3 times on my phone, plus they had my Home phone and my email address, which they never attempted to use. [redacted] never once stepped foot on the property to serve [redacted] nor did she ever make an attempt to return my phone call. Now 3 weeks later after I was promised a report of the service they say they preformed I have called back on 2 dates, 12/11 and 12/17 asking for my report. Both times I heard that [redacted] has not signed off on it... As I had asked on 12/4 to have [redacted] try one more time to serve the papers since she did not respond to my call, she refused to do so. I feel I am due my $60 back as Arizona Quick Serve has not held up their part of the contract. I would think that a one would see that a business was closed for the holiday and not try to make any attempts at that time or call the customer to get a home address or any information I had to give her.Desired Settlement: As [redacted] has refused to call me back, attempt one more time to serve, and hasn't signed off on her paperwork I feel that Arizona Quick Serve cannot fulfill the contract and a refund is due me as they never once tried to contact me in anyway until my money was used up.
