I found this company to be very helpful, I own a property in Phoenix area.

I called them this morning, they came out and cleaned my rental property today.

I had them clean my tile and grout also.

I was very pleased with the ending results.

In fact my neighbor scheduled them to clean his condo next week.

My experience with Coyote Carpet Cleaning was mixed.

The scheduler, [redacted], went the extra mile to schedule my kitchen tile cleaning job on short notice and at a time that worked for me, since another better known company

only wanted to schedule me at their convenience with much more notice.

However, there was either a disconnect between the scheduler I spoke to and [redacted], the tech

who came out, or maybe the thorough list of steps read to the potential customers to get jobs booked aren't ones the techs are expected to follow.

[redacted] told me that Coyote Carpet Cleaning's tile cleaning service included "hand scrubbing the grout, spot treatment, preconditioning and steam cleaning." When I questioned how many people were coming and how long it would take since some of the grout was quite dirty, I was

told one person and a couple hours because of the tools, experience and strength. I questioned her about the time

since it took eight hours for me and another person to do the job by hand once and I got tendinitis. Besides asking for an estimate on the square footage, there weren't any questions about the type of tile, grout or baseboards.

Although my tile and grout looks much better than it did and I signed off on the job and paid, I'm writing this review because the tech did not do what I was told he would do on the phone and I got excuses not apologies.

The first time I questioned why it looked why he was starting with steam cleaning, he said my tile and grout wasn't that bad and he and many years of experience.

I said OK,but I wanted it to look wonderful when he was done.

After the job was done,the results were mixed, mostly good, OK in others and not so good in a number of other places. When I questioned the not so good places, I was given a number of excuses such as:

-this grout pattern is difficult because the tiles aren't just squares

-and the tile itself is a bit higher than the grout

-and the baseboards made it hard to get to the edge of the tile and grout

-AND if I'd hand scrubbed it could have taken me a very long time

-AND you were only paying $150, what were you expecting?

I of course had questioned the scheduler about the time considering what she'd said would be done.

I suggested the tech clarify what the scheduler is telling people, thanked him and said I would not be having them back. This is not what I expected from a A+ business, so I hope some fine tuning at all points of contact with customers is made.

I came home after the holidays to a disaster in my home. My toilet line had broke. I called my insurance agent who referred me to Arizona Restoration Specialists. I can't say how thankful I am for them. They made a stressful situation manageable. They were very hard working people. I would have no hesitations in referring them to my family and friends. They were able to dry out my home and rebuild all the damaged areas in a very timely manner.
