INCOMPETENT AND INCONSIDERATE. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF. I ordered 10 tons of product yesterday morning to be delivered between 0500 and 0700 today. I get a call at 0655 from the manager telling me that they don't actually have any of the product I ordered and the owner will not do what is necessary to fulfill the obligation to deliver what was ordered. I have crews arriving this morning to begin a landscaping project and now I have no material. I am operating on a strict timeline and budget and AZ Rock Express just screwed up my week due to UNPROFESSIONALISM and NEGLIGENCE. The manager had nearly 24 hours from the time I ordered to the expected delivery time to figure out whether or not he could fulfill the order and yet I get a call 5 minutes before 0700. I cannot imagine any business making a sale without knowing whether or not they actually have the item stocked. My credit card information was taken, now I am concerned I will still be charged due to the obvious culture of incompetence at this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The owner has no idea how to run a business and the manager can't manage a yard. SHAME ON YOU. The only helpful thing they did was send me to their competitor Pioneer Landscaping Materials.
