Thank you for your timely responseEspecially in light of the fact that the owner is out of townIf we can focus on the facts surrounding the situation here is a brief overviewI think we all can agree on these items without dispute:*Arizona Roofing Systems was paid over $43,to repair my roof.*The roof is still under warranty.*I have had ongoing problems with many calls and visits and attempts at repairs? since the original work was done.*No one else has done any work on the roof besides Arizona Roofing Systems.*When it rains, I have places in my house where water is coming through the roof and doing damage to my walls, ceiling, flooring, baseboards and furnitureI'm quite sure no one would argue that this is not a satisfactory outcome of a professional repair*I have two written estimates from other roofing companies that state the exact same thing - the roof needs be removed down the plywood and redone.*Todd W [redacted] - an estimator from Arizona Roofing System came out, did a thorough inspection and came up with the exact same conclusion as the other two roofing companiesI am not trying to throw anyone under the bus, get something for nothing or try to be unreasonableI'd simply like to be able to make it through a rain storm without having to run around inside my house and garage with buckets and towelsNot an unreasonable request I would thinkI would encourage any representative from Arizona Roofing systems to come out and inspect the roof any time they'd likeI will make sure I'm available.? Thank you for your time, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,The owner is currently out of town at the moment and won't be back till Friday the 23rd of June To give a little background information to *** complaints we have been out several times in the past to repair certain areas The last time we heard from
*** was around years ago when we made repairs and he told us that they held up and we haven't heard anything from him until he called a month ago to have one of our estimators out (which we now know from his complaint was a ploy of his own concoction) When we were out last time we also had the manufacturing rep and one of their personal installers out to inspect the job and they only thing they recommended was a little caulk on the termination bar which we did We also have had little to no rain in at least the past months To be honest I don't understand where this is coming from but I will pass on all details to the owner as soon as he is back in town

Dear Revdex.com,I received a phone call a week ago or so, maybe from a *** Anyways, I emailed her and asked her to resend me the response link and when I spoke with her on the phone I told her that we planned to get the manufacturer representative out there to inspect the roof. Not just some random roofer from around the valley, who may or may not even be certified to install a single-ply roof system...I have the email I sent requesting this Please advise

Thank you for your timely response. Especially in light of the fact that the owner is out of town. If we can focus on the facts surrounding the situation here is a brief overview. I think we all can agree on these items without dispute:*Arizona Roofing Systems was paid over $43,000 to repair my roof.*The roof is still under warranty.*I have had ongoing problems with many calls and visits and attempts at repairs since the original work was done.*No one else has done any work on the roof besides Arizona Roofing Systems.*When it rains, I have 10 places in my house where water is coming through the roof and doing damage to my walls, ceiling, flooring, baseboards and furniture. I'm quite sure no one would argue that this is not a satisfactory outcome of a professional repair. *I have two written estimates from other roofing companies that state the exact same thing - the roof needs be removed down the plywood and redone.*Todd W[redacted] - an estimator from Arizona Roofing System came out, did a thorough inspection and came up with the exact same conclusion as the other two roofing companies. I am not trying to throw anyone under the bus, get something for nothing or try to be unreasonable. I'd simply like to be able to make it through a rain storm without having to run around inside my house and garage with buckets and towels. Not an unreasonable request I would think. I would encourage any representative from Arizona Roofing systems to come out and inspect the roof any time they'd like. I will make sure I'm available. Thank you for your time,[redacted]
