I called them asking about garbage service in my areaThey said that they service my area so I paid upfront and waited for delivery of my cansThe cans did not come after waiting for daysI called and they said they would fix the situation and call me backThey did not call backI called them again and this time they told me that they do not service my area and that they should have not signed me up in the first placeThey refunded my money immediatelyVery poor serviceI would not recommend using themThey don't even know where they service, they have poor communication, and poorly trained staff

We pulled out our services to them since last year november and we keep getting calles from collection agency that we owe 36usd.the thing is I talked to many agents already and they said they will fix it.why until now we still getting calls from collection agency?they are u professional and lazy.we dont owe them anything.dont use their services they are not good in handling customer problems

I called and they said they would fix the situation and call me back. They did not call back. I called them again and this time they told me that they do not service my area and that they should have not signed me up in the first place. They refunded my money immediately. Very poor service. I would not recommend using them. They don't even know where they service, they have poor communication, and poorly trained staff.
