the company refuses to have any ease of access for their customers. They do not have a way to pay other than personal check or money order. If they receive your bank certified check 2 days after they mail the bill they will return you payment and threaten cut off. They refuse to use simple common sense and reason and move their business in a direction for growth allowing customers ease of access. Their water will also leave white residue on everything it touches and leaves a smell in your house that is intolerable. I have never been disgusted with customer service and ease of use in my life. If they receive your payment but have created the bill for the next month they will not honor the payment that crossed in the mail but return it and threaten cutoff. ABOSOLUTELY NO COMMON SENSE!

I had an appt. with Jason the OWNER of this company set for 2:00 PM today. It is now 4:31 PM and he never showed.
