Arizona Shooting Range & Emporium

My first and last experience with these people left me stunned. Not only were they the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever seen in a gun store, they mocked me when I told them I was in the military! Not once but at least four times. And when I started to get upset at their poor attitude towards me they tried to "tactically" maneuver around me in order to box me in. Not only did I feel un appreciated but also I began to feel unsafe. The men working there seemed to be looking for a fight. Then tried to tell me that I cursed and that MY behavior was unacceptable. I did not appreciate being laughed at when I said I was in the military. I did not appreciate being surrounded by the staff while I was unarmed. I did not appreciate the manner in which these men conducted business. I felt that I was being discriminated against due to my service to my country, and I didnt much appreciate that either. These people seem to treat people with disrespect and suffer absolutely no consequences from their management. When I asked the floor manager if this was typically how they treated people he said , "i dont care, you cursed and your outta here. Go write an email or something, it doesnt matter."
So this is to say that after I told them I didnt appreciate the way which the staff was treating me. That after telling them I wanted my money back so that I could leave, they childishly said they were kicking me out.


I am absolutely disgusted and appalled.
