WE have been using Shuttle-U/Arizona Shuttle for six or more years and have always been pleased with the immediate reservations available as well as the service to our destination airport and return

Arizona Shuttle sent me the wrong information about my pick up point
The given pick up address was under construction and fenced off The new pick up point, which was not actually at the provided pick up address, was not marked....anywhere Arizona Shuttle's response to this was that they were told construction would be completed by the 21st of the month, which they seem to think absolves them of their responsibility to the customer; the customer should be responsible for Arizona Shuttle's messy operation and confused-to-non-existent information
Customer Service person was not at all helpful, when the whole mess was the Arizona Shuttle's fault
