To Whom It May Concern:Please be aware that the name on the complaint isn't our patient, but is her husbandThe patient's name is [redacted] We are in complete denial of any wrong doing, every effort was given to try and placate the patient DrL [redacted] gave Mrs [redacted] over $in free dentistry to try and satisfy her[redacted] was informed on her last appointment that no further narcotic prescriptions would be issued to her When she tried to dispute payment of services rendered twice and was denied by [redacted] he patient was asked to seek other dental care.Upon receipt of her dismissal letter she called and threatened to shut DrL [redacted] downAs stated in the dismissal letter, dental care would be provided for daysOn the same day of a yet a third [redacted] dispute, [redacted] called and requested an appointmentShe was scheduled for the first opening and confirmed the day priorWith concerns for the office staff after the threats, the local police were contacted and were presented at her appointment timeShe neither showed for her appointment or answered phone calls.On Monday, November 30, 2015, [redacted] called the office and requested a copy of her recordsThey were prepared for her to pick up December 2,2015, however as of today, December 3, she hasn't been in to obtain them.After reviewing this, we are assured you will find in our favorSincerely,Terri A***
