Hired them to get stains out my concrete around my front yardI unfortunately paid him in full by check $August 2016, before he started.(don't for the nice guy gimmick) He/Steve/owner came to my house, (after two days waiting for equipment repairs) while I wasn't there said he tried and it wouldn't remove the stainHe said he wanted to try another chemicalHe said he stopped by again when I wasn't there, and said that didn't work eitherI did have him clean my granite in my kitchen when my wife was there he said he would come back and replace the caulking he removed, he never did that eitherI have tried to call them many times and sent them an email, but I have heard nothingI thought I was a good judge of character, I guess not
