Mr. [redacted] rebate was rejected because of missing required information. The purchase date and dealer name and address were missing from the documents he submitted. Both are used to validate the claim requirements. We reached out to Mr. [redacted] and the selling dealer. And they were able to supply...
the missing required information. The information was submitted and the rebate claim has been approved. Mr. [redacted] has been informed of the status change of his rebate via a phone conversation on 8/21/15.
