I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful experience we have had with this company. We wanted an estimate on having pergola installed in our backyard. We dealt with Ben R[redacted], Sales Manager [redacted]. From the moment he walked thru our door until he left, it was nothing but a pleasant experience. He had a huge book to show us pictures, he had paint color samples and this company was by far the least expensive of the other 3 estimates I had gotten. Ben explained in detail what the job would entail, he made suggestions, he was never pushy and before we knew it, we had agreed on a contract. He also put in a personal request to have the pergola installed on a certain date as we were having company coming and talked about how nice it would be to have this all done before they came. Guess what? It was!! Ben always kept us informed and the installer's were very efficient, very fast and when they were done, they moved all the patio furniture back where it belonged, swept up and vacuumed! We are very happy with the product and the install and would highly recommend this company to others.

I had Arizona Sun Control Products put up 2 patio covers in my backyard. They were very professional and friendly. The covers look great and the added shade gives us much more opportunity to enjoy our backyard. These are basically maintenance free and look fantastic! We recently moved to a new house and I will be calling Az Sun Control Products again to add a patio cover to this house!

We have dealt with Arizona Sun Control Products, Inc. and its local representative on 4 separate occasions over the last 10 years for transaction totalling over $10,000, and have on each occasion been totally satisfied with the price, punctuality, and quality of goods provided by Arizonal Sun Control Products, Inc. We recommend this merchant without any reservations.

Don't waste your time with AZ Sun Control Products. I asked this company three times for an estimate and each time [redacted] said he would get back to me. As a matter of fact, he had me measure the job (they didn't have the time to come to my house) and I texted him the measurements. So he said he was working the quote and would get back to me. After a two days I asked for an update, and he said he would get it to me that evening. A week later, the same thing. If you don't want the job, have the integrity to say so. Please don't waste people's time. Good riddance.

Was extremely impressed with the professionalism and workmanship we found at Arizona Sun Control. I recommend them to anyone looking for an favorable experience looking for shade. Their products are top of the line and very affordable. They worked within our budget and gave us the biggest bang for the dollar and 5 stars on the experience we received. Great customer service.
