Arizona Sun Control

We used Arizona Sun Control to replace our window screens on all four sides of the house We were pleased with the quality and price but there was an error made when installing the screens on the upper level of the house The forgot to install the retainer clips on the upper side of two screens We didn't notice at the time and fully understand this happening to anyone A few weeks went by and we noticed these two screens folding away from the house and upon further inspection noticed there were not retainer clips We called Arizona Sun Control and spoke with the owner He promised to come by within a week to correct the problem but never showed Again, we thought it was not a rush to get fixed so we called to discuss when he was coming He never returned our call We called again and still haven't received a return call The workmanship of the screens are good, the price was reasonable but the follif there is a problem is very lacking We even recommended them to two other people One of which had already obtained an estimate Needless to say, their lack of responsiveness might cost them two more jobs

I had all my windows on the east and west side of the house covered with the sun screens I have very happy with the results Chris was awesome to work with He liked to tease me about putting grids on the front of the house, but I love the look So far my a/c runs less in the morning and evening hoursThe house is much cooler and the sun is no longer destroying my dining room table EXCELLENT service from this man! EXCELLENT He calls back, he is quick to schedule and actually shows up for his appointments Great prices on the screens and the house looks amazingCouldn't be happier

After having a negative experience with another sunscreen company we contacted Arizona Sun Control to get an estimate for sunscreens on 6 windows. I called on a Friday to make an appointment and a representative came out on Monday to give us an estimate. We decided to have them do the work and a final measurement of our windows was taken four days later. We were told the screens would take about two weeks to make, but much to our delight we got a call the following Wednesday evening that they were done and they came out the next day to install them. We are thrilled--very competent, courteous and timely employees and the sunscreens look great. Their price beat the three other estimates we received. We recommend Arizona Sun Control highly!

If you need sun screens and you are in the East valley THIS IS YOUR GUY!! [redacted] was Very reasonable with his prices. There were no hidden costs, no haggle on price, and the work was done very quickly. [redacted] also helped me out with the rebates from [redacted]. Do not hesitate to call him. I had him do two other homes of people I know and the experience was stellar as well! Ignore the negative review here, they obviously did not have him complete the job.
