We take every complaint from our tenets seriously and are always considerate to their concerns To that end let us respond to the aforementioned complaint: $was deducted for the Plumbers visit to the house, because when the tenet called regarding not having hot water, we asked them to see if the breaker was turned on, they said it was, we said if the problem was one they could have fixed they would be responsible for our visitWhen [redacted] got there, all he did was to flip the breaker Late fees are what they agreed to when they signed the lease ($25/day for each day late), they were late a total of four days for two separate times Con fee help cover only some of the costs of the in house damages (see pies enclosed) $does not cover the costs of replacing the dead trees, dead bushes, and the dead grass, that occurred during the tenets stay (see pies)The $only covered the clean up of the massive weed build up, dead bushes, and dead treesNo tree this big blows down in a storm and is completely brown, it looks as if it was sawed down and just left with all the other dead plants and grassThe tenets appear to have keep the front of the house HOA perfect (except for the dead tree) but completely neglected the back yard Additionally, we have found the Dryer was broken (this dryer is only 18months old), when the new tenet moved in At this stage we are having to replace two trees ($500), fix a dryer, and other things inside the house that were damaged , all things considered we will probably spend an additional $900+ to get this house back to where it was before Please let us know if there is anything else we may help with Regards, [redacted] Arizona SW Properties, LLC

We take every complaint from our tenets seriously and are always considerate to their concerns.  To that end let us respond to the aforementioned  complaint:
1. $75 was deducted for the Plumbers visit to the house, because when the tenet called regarding not having hot water, we...

asked them to see if the breaker was turned on, they said it was, we said if the problem was one they could have fixed they would be responsible for our visit. When [redacted] got there, all he did was to flip the breaker.
2. Late fees are what they agreed to when they signed the lease ($25/day for each day late), they were late a total of four days for two separate times.
3. Con fee help cover only some of the costs of the in house damages (see pies enclosed).
4. $450 does not cover the costs of replacing the dead trees, dead bushes, and the dead grass, that occurred during the tenets stay (see pies). The $450 only covered the clean up of the massive weed build up, dead bushes, and dead trees. No tree this big blows down in a storm and is completely brown, it looks as if it was sawed down and just left with all the other dead plants and grass. The tenets appear to have keep the front of the house HOA perfect (except for the dead tree) but completely neglected the back yard.
5. Additionally, we have found the Dryer was broken (this dryer is only 18months old), when the new tenet moved in.
At this stage we are having to replace two trees ($500), fix a dryer, and other things inside the house that were damaged , all things considered we will probably spend an additional $900+ to get this house back to where it was before.

Please let us know if there is anything else we may help with.

In reference to the late fee no problem my main issue was with his hired help [redacted], useless person to communicate with. As for the trees/brushes etc., we maintained them no thanks to his broken down water lines. There was one tree that actually was blown down during a storm, in which I contacted [redacted] and forward him pics and video.
When we first moved in we had a list of everything that was wrong to begin with and yes it looked like the entire back yard ( trees, brushes ) were already dying, so we are getting dinged for the previous tenants and again a useless [redacted] not doing his job for [redacted]h who had no intentions on refunding us anyway. I have a invoice of fixing both the dryer and washer machine, so I have no idea what the heck [redacted] is talking about it being broken. It worked fine when we left the house. Just goes to show you what type of persons they are and more than likely he personally didn't check it, wouldn't be surprise if it was [redacted] a useless steward. You get what you pay for again lack of communication very unprofessional neither of the two seem to be doing there job correctly. Seems like they just want to scam the renters of their down payment.
p.s. one more thing the hired help they do get always complained about they had a hard time getting paid or would refuse to come out to fix anything. Especially when we had issue's with the water fountain in the back, they attempted to fix it but it was so badly broken, he refused to come back out. Yes Thanks for all the runarounds.
