Even though "dual cap" is whats on the recent I explained to him that if I would have known that it was the capacitor that had went bad, I would have paid them the diagnostics fee and declined the service After a lengthy argument back and forth about right and wrong and me not receiving an itemized list of how much I was being charged for labor, parts, etc which was still never explained to me by the managerHe stated that because I was aware of the price and signed, that his company was not in the wrong according to the Revdex.com And I stated his technicians fault and the companies fault by not providing a itemized list of all costs billed to the customer that it might not be wrong according to the Revdex.com, but I can let people know that this overpricing is taking place, on face book and other avenues, plus I am a military member and his company was well aware of that Finally, he asked me what it took to make things right I didn't have a price, because I didn't know how much I was actually charged for anything in the first place He told me to name it, so I said well I should at least receive $back He then stated that he was going to refund me $and he initiated an agreement that I would not make a derogatory comment on social medial I agreed to this because the pricing was the issue in the first place and he was making an attempt to correct it Approximately, a week later my military superiors informed me that the company had made an Inspector General (IG) complaint against me for attempted blackmail This company went to my place of business and lied my employers, in addition to not refunding me any money Trust me, I understand business, but when a customer calls you on it, and you can't present any facts against what the customer says, then you as a business owner should probably try to make it right or loose out on other business I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this company because they may over charge you, try to compensate for the fault, and then file a complaint against your employer!
