Buying a walk-in tub from Az Therapeutic has been a very positive experience, The service is beyond good from the original sell to the completion of the installation. I will rate the company and the employees as excellent.

I had Arizona Therapeutic Walk-In Tubs install a walk in bathtub last week. I am delighted with the professional manner of this company. Bill Schwarz, the consultant, came out and explained the whole procedure, make measurements, and help me to decide which bathroom I wanted to use. I have a handicapped daughter, who is the reason I needed this tub. Bill included her in the decision for the tub. Great guy. Absolutely no pressure.

I often hesitate even getting estimates, because some of the sales people are so pushy, no problem with these people.

The installers came out the following week. Super good workers, everything cleaned and left in good order. They had to remove the door frame in the bathroom to get the tub in and they did a great job replacing it and even got some paint to match where it needed to touch up.

The tub is beautiful and just wonderful to use.

I highly recommend this company.

Arizona Therapeutic Walk-In Tubs replaced my tub/shower with a low step shower that included a fold down seat, hand held shower wand and grab/safety rails. The job started on time and completed early. The crew was very professional and I am extremely pleased with their work. My sister can now safely use the shower without fear of falling. Arizona Theraputic Walk-In Tubs is a very professional company, from the first visit to see how they can help, to completion of the job. The 2 man crew was polite, professional, and arrived when they said they would, which was impressive if you've ever worked with contractors! They cleaned up before they left, and made sure our flooring was protected as they turned our tub into a beautiful barrier free walk in shower.

Bill was familiar with working with the VA's HISA Grant, alleviating our concerns on payment, explaining how it worked.

My parents are in their 90s. We needed a safe environment for their showers and I could not trust just any firm. AZ Therapeutics did a great job. They specialize in this area, which others I reviewed did not. They hit every delivery date, were very friendly to my elderly parents but most important did a fabulous job. They gave us options as to the install up to the last minute but still held to the initial quote. I would use them again in a heartbeat. We especially like Beldin, the lead installer and Bill, the salesperson did great follow up work.

We were very pleased when we found Arizona Therapeutic Walk-In Tubs and found we could go actually look at and sit in the tubs before making a decision (highly recommended). The sales rep Bill was very helpful and no pressure when he came out to discuss options with us. The installation was painless with a very professional team. They arrived on schedule, removed our old shower, installed the new tub and cleaned up each day. We've been enjoying it ever since and could not be happier with our purchase.

This is a very professional company. My spouse found this company in a veterans newspaper given out at the Medical Center. The process went as was told to me at the estimate. The young men who accomplished the installation arrived on time, kept us informed, and kept the mess to a minimum. I would recommend this company to anyone.
